【摘要】：自2011年江西新余首个现代学徒制试点开展以来,教育部工作意见中相继提到开展、启动、全面推进现代学徒制试点,2015年8月教育部正式公布165家现代学徒制试点单位,现代学徒制试点在我国形成由点到面、逐步扩大的局面。现代学徒制是西方发达国家发展经济的制胜法宝,也已成为我国职业教育领域新兴的人才培养模式,其在促进社会经济及行业企业发展、职业学校内涵提升、校企深入合作、人才培养质量提高、青年人就业等方面具有极大作用。试点工作在我国处于初步阶段,顶层设计及长效运行机制尚在摸索及改进中,对我国的现代学徒制实践现状进行调研分析,可了解当前我国试点工作开展取得的成效,深入挖掘影响其发展的因素,探析现代学徒制实践中出现的问题及成因,从学理及实践层面提出现代学徒制实践运行的可行性建议,不断改进完善现代学徒制的顶层设计和长效运行机制,以期形成中国特色的现代学徒制。本研究运用调查法和文献法,对河北省几所现代学徒制试点院校进行深入访谈,利用中国知网、互联网、相关书籍等检索关于现代学徒制试点院校的运行现状及问题,归纳分析我国现代学徒制试点的实践运行成效与问题,运用比较分析法,对比传统与现代学徒制的差别,比较中西方现代学徒制的差异,找出中国特色现代学徒制应具有的特征及发展中的特殊性要求,进而提出对我国现代学徒制发展的参考性建议和对策。本文共分为5个部分。第一部分是绪论。主要阐述了研究的背景与意义、概念界定与文献综述、研究思路与方法、研究内容与创新。第二部分是现代学徒制的相关理论研究。通过研究学徒制的历史发展、传统学徒制与现代学徒制差异,归纳总结出现代学徒制应具备的基本特征及实践运行中的特殊性要求。第三部分是当前我国现代学徒制运行成效及问题研究。对当前我国现代学徒制实践现状进行调查研究,分析概括其在运行中取得的成绩并对存在的问题进行归因分析,努力挖掘影响现代学徒制成功运行的因素。第四部分是我国现代学徒制的对策研究。结合我国的现实情况,从优化政策环境、提高行业企业热情、加强师资队伍建设、开发教学资源等方面对现代学徒制的成功运行给予可行性的对策和建议。最后一部分对全文进行了总结。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, when the first modern apprenticeship system was carried out in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province, the Ministry of Education mentioned in its working opinions that the pilot system of modern apprenticeship system should be carried out, started and comprehensively promoted. In August 2015, the Ministry of Education officially announced 165 pilot units of the modern apprenticeship system. The modern apprenticeship system has gradually expanded from point to surface in China. Modern apprenticeship system is a magic weapon in the development of western developed countries, and it has become a new talent training mode in the field of vocational education in our country. It promotes the development of social economy and industry enterprises, promotes the connotation of vocational schools, and deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Talent training quality improvement, youth employment and other aspects have a great role. The pilot work is in the initial stage in our country, and the top-level design and long-effect operating mechanism are still groping and improving. By investigating and analyzing the present situation of the practice of modern apprenticeship system in China, we can understand the achievements of the pilot work in our country at present. This paper deeply excavates the factors that affect the development of modern apprenticeship system, probes into the problems and causes in the practice of modern apprenticeship system, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the practical operation of modern apprenticeship system from the aspects of theory and practice. To improve and perfect the top level design and long effect operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship system in order to form the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics. This research uses the investigation method and the literature method, carries on the thorough interview to the Hebei Province several modern apprenticeship system pilot colleges, uses the Chinese knowledge net, the Internet, the related books and so on the retrieval about the modern apprenticeship system pilot school movement present situation and the question. This paper sums up and analyzes the practical effects and problems of the modern apprenticeship system in China, compares the differences between traditional and modern apprenticeship systems, and compares the differences between Chinese and Western modern apprenticeship systems by means of comparative analysis. This paper finds out the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and the particularity of its development, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of modern apprenticeship system in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. The research background and significance, concept definition and literature review, research ideas and methods, research content and innovation are expounded. The second part is the theoretical research of modern apprenticeship system. By studying the historical development of the apprenticeship system and the difference between the traditional apprenticeship system and the modern apprenticeship system, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system and the special requirements in practice. The third part is the research on the effect and problems of the modern apprenticeship system in our country. This paper investigates the present situation of modern apprenticeship system in China, analyzes and summarizes its achievements in operation, analyzes the existing problems, and tries to excavate the factors that affect the successful operation of modern apprenticeship system. The fourth part is the countermeasure research of modern apprenticeship system in our country. Combined with the reality of our country, the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the successful operation of the modern apprenticeship system are given from the aspects of optimizing the policy environment, enhancing the enthusiasm of the industry and enterprises, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and developing the teaching resources, etc. The last part summarizes the full text.
