职业教育国家教学标准体系建设有关情况

【摘要】：职业教育教学标准是国家职业教育标准体系的重要组成部分,是指导和管理职业院校教学工作的主要依据,是保证教育教学质量和人才培养规格的基本教学文件。教育部陈宝生部长在谈到职业教育时强调"亮不亮,看质量",并强调"质量是有标准的,没有标准就没有质量"。教学标准体系建设对于加快发展现代职业教育、加快实现职业教育现代化具有重要意义。经过多年持续建设,我国职业教育领域基本形成了以专业目录、专业教学标准、课程教学标准、顶岗实习标准、专业仪器设备装备规范5个部分构成的国家教学标准体系。具有中国特色、比较系统的职业教育国家教学标准体系框架现已基本形成。8月30日,教育部举行新闻发布会,介绍了近年来职业教育国家教学标准体系建设的基本情况和阶段性成果。为便于大家系统掌握当前我国职业教育国家教学标准体系建设的有关情况,本刊将分两期刊登发布会上的相关资料和部分领导专家的解读文章,以飨读者。
