企业参与职业教育网络治理机制研究

【摘要】：职业教育具有复杂性、开放性、整体性和自组织性等网络组织的特征。企业在职业教育网络治理中具有极为重要的地位和作用。企业通过关系嵌入、结构嵌入和认知嵌入等多元嵌入方式融入职业教育网络组织,通过适应、信任、协调、维护等机制参与职业教育网络治理。当前,要确立企业在治理中的主体地位、激发企业参与治理的积极性、提升企业善于治理的能力、关注企业在治理中的文化融合,进而有效推进职业教育网络治理,提升职业教育的运行效率。
[Abstract]:Vocational education has the characteristics of complexity, openness, integrity and self-organization. Enterprises in vocational education network governance has an extremely important position and role. The enterprise integrates into the vocational education network organization through the multiple embedding ways such as relational embedding, structural embedding and cognitive embedding, and participates in the network governance of vocational education through the mechanism of adaptation, trust, coordination and maintenance. At present, it is necessary to establish the main position of enterprises in governance, stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in governance, enhance the ability of enterprises to be good at governance, pay attention to the cultural integration of enterprises in governance, and then effectively promote the network governance of vocational education. Improve the operational efficiency of vocational education.
