H职业中等专业学校发展战略研究

【摘要】:为了让职业教育能更快地调整以适应我国经济发展带来的产业结构变化,我国近年来不断对职业教育加大政策的扶植和资金的投入,这使得职业教育在面临改革挑战的同时又迎来了新的发展机遇。在机遇与挑战并存的发展浪潮中,天津H职业中等专业学校的发展面临着诸多问题,实施战略管理已经成为进一步发展的需要,因此,本文在借鉴战略管理理论和方法的基础上,就H中等职业专业学校的实际情况进行研究,制定出该校的发展战略。 本文运用PEST分析法、五力模型分析法就H职业中等专业学校的外部环境加以分析,并依据相关因素做出外部因素评价矩阵(EFE);在内部环境的分析中,根据相关因素做出内部因素评价矩阵(IFE);进而通过SWOT矩阵分析找出战略的备选方案,再利用QSPM方法对备选方案进行定量选择,从而制定出适合H职业中等专业学校的发展战略,并提出保障措施。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust vocational education more quickly to adapt to the changes of industrial structure brought about by the economic development of our country, in recent years, our country has continuously increased the policy support and the investment of funds to vocational education. This makes vocational education in the face of reform challenges but also ushered in new opportunities for development. In the development tide of both opportunities and challenges, the development of Tianjin H vocational secondary vocational school is faced with many problems, the implementation of strategic management has become the need for further development, therefore, Based on the theory and method of strategic management, this paper studies the actual situation of H secondary vocational school, and formulates the development strategy of the school. In this paper, pest analysis method and five-force model analysis method are used to analyze the external environment of H vocational secondary vocational school, and the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) is made according to the relevant factors. The internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) is made according to the relevant factors, and then, through SWOT matrix analysis, the strategic alternatives are found out, and then the QSPM method is used to quantitatively select the alternative schemes, so as to work out a development strategy suitable for H vocational secondary vocational schools. And put forward safeguard measures.
