高职院校教改项目存在的问题及其对策研究

【摘要】：高职院校教改项目的质量和目前高职专业建设的力度不大相称,教改项目的实施效果和取得成果都很有限,具体表现在项目团队能力水平与教改项目本身的要求有较大差距;职业教育课程教学研究理论与经验存在缺陷;研究本身的水平亟待提高;缺乏系统性的支持等,因此需要建立研究性的企业实践制度,推进持续规范的课程开发;用新型专业能力为核心的职业教育教师评价标准引领教师发展;充分发挥学术带头人作用;建立院系两级的科学研究团队等措施来促进教改项目质量的提升。
[Abstract]:The quality of the teaching reform project in higher vocational colleges is not commensurate with the current strength of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges. The implementation effect and achievement of the teaching reform project are very limited, which is manifested in the great disparity between the ability level of the project team and the requirements of the teaching reform project itself. Vocational education curriculum teaching research theory and experience have defects, the level of research itself needs to be improved, the lack of systematic support, so it is necessary to establish a research-oriented enterprise practice system to promote the continuous standardized curriculum development; The evaluation standard of vocational education teachers with new professional ability as the core leads the development of teachers, fully exerts the role of academic leaders, and sets up two levels of scientific research teams in colleges and departments to promote the improvement of the quality of educational reform projects.
