中职生生命教育研究

【摘要】:随着国家大力发展职业教育,越来越多的青少年走进中职学校,但由于各种因素的影响,许多中职生的生命意识缺失。因此,中职学校要重视生命教育,这是中职生健康成长的需要,也是社会发展的需要。诺贝尔曾说过:“生命,那是自然付给人类去雕琢的宝石。”生命,是世间最宝贵的东西。没有了生命,就没有了一切。但是,近年来,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,社会育人环境发生了变化,受中职学校“重技能,轻人文”的办学思想和学生的自我发展目标定位偏差影响,我国中职学校青少年自杀、自残、他杀事件层出不穷,不少中职生生命意识淡薄,轻视难得的生命,没有高远的生命目标,不懂得生命尊贵庄严的意义,而我们的教育在解决这些问题时却又有些力不从心。本文立足中职学校这个角度,通过系统分析中职生生命教育的现状,找出生命教育缺失的原因,进而提出对中职生实施生命教育的必要性。结合中职生的特点,提出中职学校生命教育的内容包括:认识生命教育、尊重生命教育、热爱生命教育、发展生命教育,并指出对中职生进行生命教育的途径,特别是在校企合作、工学结合的实践中进行了生命教育,以期对我国中职生生命教育的加强和改进提供有益的参考,,从而大力推进我国对中职生的生命教育。 本研究指出: 中职生生命意识缺失除了因为中职生的身心特点外,还有中职学校教育的偏差、家庭教育的欠缺、社会风气的不良影响。中职学校要调整培养目标,完善对学生的评价体系,提高教师生命质量,形成一个健康、乐观的教师群体,对学生进行认识生命、尊重生命等内容的教育。 借鉴美国、台湾、香港等地生命教育的成功经验,结合我国中职学校的实际情况,分别从政府、社会、企业、学校的层面提出了实施生命教育的可操作性措施和建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of vocational education in our country, more and more teenagers enter secondary vocational schools. However, due to the influence of various factors, many secondary vocational students' life consciousness is lacking. Therefore, secondary vocational schools should attach importance to life education, which is the needs of the healthy growth of secondary vocational students, and also the needs of social development. Nobel once said: "Life, it is nature to man to cut the gem." Life is the most precious thing in the world. Without life, there would be nothing. However, in recent years, with the development of economy and the progress of society, the environment of social education has changed, which is influenced by the idea of "emphasizing skills rather than humanity" in secondary vocational schools and the orientation of students' self-development goals. Young people in secondary vocational schools commit suicide and self-harm. There are endless incidents of killing and killing. Many secondary vocational school students have a weak sense of life, despise rare life, have no lofty life goals, and do not understand the noble and solemn significance of life. But our education in solving these problems but also a little inadequate. Based on the perspective of secondary vocational schools, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of life education for secondary vocational students, finds out the reasons for the lack of life education, and then puts forward the necessity of carrying out life education for secondary vocational school students. According to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students, this paper points out that the contents of life education in secondary vocational schools include: recognizing life education, respecting life education, loving life education, developing life education, and pointing out the ways to carry out life education for secondary vocational school students. Especially in the practice of cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study, life education is carried out in order to provide a useful reference for strengthening and improving the life education of secondary vocational school students in our country, so as to vigorously promote the life education of secondary vocational school students in our country. This study points out that the lack of life consciousness of secondary vocational school students is not only because of their physical and mental characteristics, but also because of the deviation of secondary vocational school education, the lack of family education and the negative influence of social atmosphere. The secondary vocational school should adjust the training goal, perfect the evaluation system of the students, improve the life quality of the teachers, form a healthy and optimistic group of teachers, and educate the students to know the life and respect the life. Based on the successful experience of life education in America, Taiwan and Hong Kong, combined with the actual situation of secondary vocational schools in China, the operational measures and suggestions for implementing life education are put forward from the levels of government, society, enterprises and schools respectively.
