高职学生综合素质培养维度及策略探讨——基于多元智能理论的视角

【摘要】:根据美国著名教育家霍华德·加德纳的多元智能理论,采用因子分析的方法对中国当代高职院校学生综合素质培养的问题进行了实证研究。以部分在宁高职院校教育工作者、已毕业工作的高职学生、相关行业及企业专家作为调研对象,通过设计调查问卷、开展实地调研及深度访谈等方式,获取相关数据,利用SPSS18.0软件对调研样本进行数理统计和因子分析,由此得出大学生综合素质培养的五个测量维度,即逻辑思维、观察分析、社交合作、文化审美和自我评价,进而提出适宜的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:According to Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, this paper makes an empirical study on the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students in contemporary higher vocational colleges in China by the method of factor analysis. In this paper, some educators in Ningxia higher vocational colleges, graduates of higher vocational colleges, and experts in related industries and enterprises are taken as the research objects. Through designing questionnaires, carrying out field research and in-depth interviews, the relevant data are obtained. Using SPSS 18.0 software to carry on the mathematical statistics and factor analysis to the investigation sample, thus obtains the university student comprehensive quality training five measurement dimensions, namely logical thinking, the observation analysis, the social cooperation, the culture esthetics and the self-evaluation. And then put forward appropriate strategies and suggestions.
