校企共建高职校园文化路径探索

【摘要】：文化是联系高职院校和行业企业的桥梁与纽带,高职校园文化与企业文化的冲突与融合成为校企交往合作过程中不可回避的文化现象,也是恰当处理校企深度融合过程中产生的冲突与矛盾的关键所在。作为文化育人载体的高职校园文化建设需要融入行业企业元素,体现行业企业特色,在校企共建高职校园文化的过程中需要正视校园文化和企业文化带来的冲突,寻找两者的契合点,破解冲突,推动文化的融合,进而通过校企共建、产教融合、文化交融、管理互通来实现高职校园文化建设的校企共建路径。
[Abstract]:Culture is the bridge and link between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. The conflict and fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture has become an unavoidable cultural phenomenon in the process of communication and cooperation between colleges and enterprises. It is also the key to deal with conflicts and contradictions in the process of deep integration of schools and enterprises. As a carrier of cultural education, the construction of campus culture in higher vocational education needs to be integrated into the elements of industry and enterprise, to reflect the characteristics of enterprises, and to face up to the conflicts between campus culture and enterprise culture in the process of co-construction of campus culture between school and enterprise. To find the joint point of the two, to solve the conflict, to promote the integration of culture, and then through the co-construction of enterprises, industry and education, cultural integration, management mutual to achieve the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges and enterprises co-construction path.
