色彩课程单元化研究性学习对中职生自信心培养的行动研究

【摘要】:21世纪是充满竞争的年代,拥有健康的心理品质是现代人必须具备的条件和基础。在众多心理素质中,,自信心的培养显得尤其重要。自信心作为一种积极进取的内部动力,是激发潜能,成就一切事业的基础。伴随着职业教育和心理学的快速发展,中职生的自信心培养成为摆在教师面前的一项重要课题。作为职业学校的教师应依据学生心理特点和个体发展规律来进行教学与课堂管理。通过教学,使学生在校期间重树自信心,形成良好的心理品质。 本文针对职业学校艺术类学生自信心缺失的现状,大胆尝试在自己的色彩教学中,运用单元研究性学习,探索对学生自信心培养策略。具体为营造和谐学习氛围,树立自信心;创设多元评价体系,提高自信心;激发多元智能,增强自信心。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is full of competition. Having healthy psychological quality is the necessary condition and foundation of modern people. Among many psychological qualities, the cultivation of self-confidence is particularly important. Self-confidence, as a positive and enterprising internal power, is the basis for stimulating potential and achieving all undertakings. With the rapid development of vocational education and psychology, the cultivation of secondary vocational students' self-confidence has become an important subject in front of teachers. Teachers in vocational schools should carry out teaching and classroom management according to students' psychological characteristics and individual development rules. Through teaching, students reestablish their self-confidence and form good psychological quality. In view of the present situation of the lack of self-confidence of art students in vocational schools, this paper tries boldly to explore the strategies of cultivating students' self-confidence by using unit research learning in their own color teaching. The concrete purpose is to create a harmonious learning atmosphere and build up self-confidence; to create a pluralistic evaluation system to improve self-confidence; to stimulate multiple intelligences and enhance self-confidence.
