改善高职院校农村籍毕业生就业状况的对策建议——以苏中地区为例

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育进入大众化教育阶段,我国高校毕业生的人数不断增加,就业形势日益严峻,而作为占据江苏省高等教育"半壁江山"的高职院校,特别是苏中地区高职院校农村籍毕业生,其能否顺利就业已引起了政府、学校、家庭和毕业生等各方的高度关注。笔者就改善高职院校农村籍毕业生就业状况进行了深入的研究与分析,提出了几点建议以供就业指导部门参考。
[Abstract]:As higher education in our country enters the stage of mass education, the number of college graduates in our country is increasing and the employment situation is becoming more and more serious. As a higher vocational college, which occupies half of the higher education in Jiangsu Province, Especially the rural graduates of vocational colleges in the central Jiangsu region, whether their employment can be smoothly or not has aroused great concern from the government, schools, families and graduates. The author makes a deep research and analysis on improving the employment situation of rural graduates in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions for the reference of employment guidance departments.
