中职教师自主学习现状调查研究

【摘要】：自主学习是促进中职教师专业发展内涵发展的重要途径。以部分中职学校教师为调查样本,了解其自主学习现状,发现其中存在的问题。在科学统计理性分析基础上,从发动内驱力、实施有效学习策略、提升学习能力和构建学习环境等主客观方面提出促进中职教师自主学习的建议,使其能更好地实现专业发展。
[Abstract]:Autonomous learning is an important way to promote the connotation development of secondary vocational teachers' professional development. Taking some secondary vocational school teachers as the survey samples, to understand the status of autonomous learning and find out the existing problems. Based on the rational analysis of scientific statistics, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the independent learning of secondary vocational school teachers from subjective and objective aspects, such as arousing internal drive, implementing effective learning strategies, improving learning ability and constructing learning environment, so that they can achieve better professional development.
