大连市农村职业教育发展研究

【摘要】:农村职业教育在近年来成为人们关注的一个焦点。其原因之一就是因为农村职业教育在我国起步晚,发展却很迅速,并且在近些年来农村职业教育的发展给全社会所带来的经济效益有目共睹。在带来巨大的经济效益的同时,也解决了目前农村地区越来越多的剩余劳动力转移,也正契合了我国目前提倡的新农村建设。对于新农村的建设,农村职业教育更是从深层理念上理解了这一宏观设想,并通过对农村地区的人员进行职业化的、因地制宜的培训,来彻底改变农村人口低素质的局面。事实证明,农村职业教育推动了我国广大农村的快速发展,也解决了目前很多城乡差距加大所带来的矛盾。因此,笔者针对农村职业教育的发展,以及国内外的具体运营模式进行了深入研究和了解,同时也展开了对国内相关教育理念和方式的研究,在此基础上,针对大连市具体的情况,分析了目前存在于大连市的各种类型的职业教育模式。 笔者在文中具体分析了国外一些成功的职业教育模式,典型的如德国的双元制模式、加拿大的绿色证书教育模式、美国的社区学院模式等等,这些模式相对来说非常成熟,因为已经有了几十年的发展。同时,这些模式给国内经济的发展注入了新的力量,极大地推动了国内经济的腾飞。所以,本文详细分析了每种模式所具有的优势,并且针对这些模式进行了简要点评,其目的即是给我们提供了丰富的经验借鉴。当然了,,针对国内的情况我们也没有盲目套用,而是具体问题具体分析。除此之外,笔者还研究了国内的相关职业教育模式发展,各地区都已经建立了一套适合自己的发展模式,并且在近些年的发展中逐步完善自己,虽然没有国外模式那么成熟,但却能做到因地制宜,给当地经济的发展也注入了活力。但不可否认,其中存在的许多问题值得我们思考,在避免前车之鉴的同时,国内的因地制宜方面的先进经验同样值得我们学习和借鉴。面对纷繁复杂的各类教育模式,要探索属于自己也适合自己的教育模式并非易事,那么笔者在研究了近年来大连市自己摸索的一些职业教育路子以后,具体分析其优势所在,也真正看到了它所存在的一些不足之处,其改进还有待考虑。在参考众多优秀模式之后,笔者针对大连市目前的发展路子提出了一些自己的参考意见,并对如何改革也发表了自己的拙见,希望对未来大连市职业教育的发展能奉献微薄之力,也希望未来大连市的职业教育真正成为推动大连市经济腾飞的动力。
[Abstract]:Rural vocational education has become a focus of attention in recent years. One of the reasons is that the rural vocational education started late in our country, but the development of rural vocational education is very rapid, and in recent years, the development of rural vocational education has brought economic benefits to the whole society. At the same time, it also solves more and more surplus labor transfer in rural areas, which is in line with the new rural construction advocated in our country. For the construction of the new countryside, the rural vocational education has understood this macroscopic idea from the deep idea, and through the professional training to the personnel of the rural area, according to the local conditions, to completely change the situation of the low quality of the rural population. It has been proved that rural vocational education has promoted the rapid development of rural areas and solved the contradictions brought by the widening gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, the author has carried on the thorough research and the understanding to the rural vocational education development, as well as the domestic and foreign concrete operation mode, has also carried on the research to the domestic related education idea and the way, on this basis, In the light of the concrete situation of Dalian, this paper analyzes the various types of vocational education models in Dalian. The author analyzes some successful vocational education models in foreign countries, such as the dual system in Germany, the green certificate education in Canada, the community college in the United States, and so on. These models are relatively mature. Because there have been decades of development. At the same time, these models have injected new strength into the development of domestic economy and greatly promoted the domestic economy to take off. Therefore, this paper analyzes the advantages of each model in detail, and makes a brief comment on these models, the purpose of which is to provide us with rich experience. Of course, according to the domestic situation, we do not blindly apply, but specific problems specific analysis. In addition, the author has also studied the development of relevant vocational education models in China. Each region has established a set of development models suitable for itself, and has gradually improved itself in recent years, although not as mature as the foreign model. But can achieve local conditions, to the development of the local economy also injected vitality. However, it is undeniable that there are many problems worth our consideration, while avoiding the past, the domestic advanced experience in response to local conditions is also worthy of our study and reference. In the face of all kinds of complicated educational models, it is not easy to explore the educational model that belongs to oneself and suit for oneself. After studying some vocational education paths that Dalian City has groped for in recent years, the author analyzes its advantages in detail. Also saw that it has some shortcomings, its improvement has yet to be considered. After referring to many excellent models, the author puts forward some suggestions on the current development of Dalian, and gives his own views on how to reform. It is hoped that the future vocational education in Dalian will contribute to the development of vocational education in Dalian, and that vocational education in Dalian in the future will become the driving force to promote the economic development of Dalian.
