石家庄市高职院校学生素质评价研究

【摘要】:当前社会,经济发展日益繁荣,而社会竞争愈发激烈。无论从宏观角度还是微观角度来看,所有的竞争都可以最终归结为人才的竞争。从宏观来看,不论国家的治理还是科技的发展都需要高素质的人才;从微观来看,大到一个企业的管理小到一个商业项目的运作,同样需要高素质的专业人才的参与。高质量的人才是指一个人高质量综合素质的全面展现。就当前形势来看全社会高素质人才培养的主要集中在高等教育院校,如何全面、客观、科学地评价高校学生的综合素质成为当前各高等院校在具体开展素质教育过程中所面临的一个必要的问题就是如何公正、客观、综合的评价高等院校学生的综合素质。高职院校作为高等院等学校的一部分,同样面临这个严峻的问题。为此,本文建立了高职学生综合素质评价模型,以期达到客观有效地评价学生综合素质的目的。 首先对国内外有关学生综合素质评价的相关理论进行了研究,并以此为分析基础,详细解释了学生综合素质涵义及影响学生综合素质水平的相关因素;再依据以上相关内容,确定了学生综合素质评价的评价原则,构建了包含两个模块,六个因素,22个指标的石家庄市高职学生综合素质评价指标体系。然后根据本文研究的目的、任务并在充分考虑评价对象的特殊性的前提下,,确定了评价的内容、步骤,先是以调查问卷的方式获得学生综合素质评价指标体系的原始数据,以此数据为基础,然后运用专家评判法和层次分析法结合使用确定素质指标权重,再通过计算原始数据,使用模糊综合评价法对学生综合素质指标进行测评,进而对高职学生综合素质能力的整体状况和各素质模块详细状况进行了客观、全面、详细地分析,找出当前石家庄市高职学生综合素质存在的优势和不足以及存在的广泛性问题,最后从增加个人品德修养、提高专业素质和加强校内外训练等三方面提出了相应的对策,同时还从加强身心锻炼、加强学生实践能力培养、增加学生选修课的范围、增加学校间交流的机会等四方面提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The current society, the economic development day by day prosperous, but the society competition is more intense. Whether from the macro or micro point of view, all the competition can be attributed to the competition of talent. From the macro point of view, no matter the governance of the country or the development of science and technology all need high-quality talents; from the micro point of view, from the management of a large enterprise to the operation of a commercial project, it also needs the participation of high-quality professionals. High-quality talent refers to a person with high-quality comprehensive quality of the overall display. As far as the current situation is concerned, the training of high quality talents in the whole society is mainly concentrated in higher education institutions. How can they be comprehensive and objective? Scientific evaluation of the comprehensive quality of college students has become a necessary problem in the process of carrying out quality education in colleges and universities. It is how to evaluate the comprehensive quality of students in colleges and universities in a fair, objective and comprehensive manner. Higher vocational colleges, as a part of colleges and other schools, also face this serious problem. Therefore, this paper establishes a comprehensive quality evaluation model for higher vocational students in order to achieve the objective and effective evaluation of students' comprehensive quality. First of all, the relevant theories of comprehensive quality evaluation of students at home and abroad are studied, and on the basis of this analysis, the meaning of comprehensive quality of students and the relevant factors affecting the level of comprehensive quality of students are explained in detail, and then based on the above relevant contents, The evaluation principle of students' comprehensive quality is determined, and the evaluation index system of Shijiazhuang vocational college students' comprehensive quality is constructed, which includes two modules, six factors and 22 indexes. Then, according to the purpose of this paper, the task and the premise of considering the particularity of the evaluation object, the content and steps of the evaluation are determined. First, the original data of the evaluation index system of students' comprehensive quality are obtained by the way of questionnaire. On the basis of the data, this paper uses expert evaluation method and AHP method to determine the weight of quality index, and then evaluates the comprehensive quality index of students by calculating the original data and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Furthermore, the overall situation of the comprehensive quality ability of higher vocational students and the detailed condition of each quality module are analyzed objectively, comprehensively and in detail. This paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive quality of students in Shijiazhuang City, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects: increasing personal moral cultivation, improving professional quality and strengthening training in and out of school. At the same time, suggestions are put forward from four aspects, such as strengthening physical and mental exercise, strengthening the cultivation of students' practical ability, increasing the scope of students' elective courses and increasing the opportunities of communication between schools.
