基于人才培养质量的高职院校教改教研探索与实践

【摘要】：高职院校的核心要务是要培养适应市场需求的高技能人才,人才培养质量是其办学成效的重要检验标准。江苏农牧科技职业学院在提升人才培养质量的导向下,进行了高职院校教改教研的探索与实践。
[Abstract]:The core task of higher vocational colleges is to train highly skilled personnel to meet the needs of the market, and the quality of personnel training is an important test standard for the effectiveness of running schools. Under the guidance of improving the quality of personnel training, Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Vocational College has carried out the exploration and practice of teaching reform and research in higher vocational colleges.
