高职院校课堂教学质量自主保证策略的探析

【摘要】：对高职院校学生、教师和教学管理部门负责人的问卷调查结果表明,当前高职院校课堂教学质量普遍不高。为了提升高职院校课堂教学质量,笔者从教师、学生两个维度分别分析了影响课堂教学质量的关键因素,并以此为逻辑起点,从强化质量保证的主体意识、构建课堂教学目标体系、设计学生学习目标达成标准和考核方法、信息化手段有机融入课堂教学、建立激励和惩罚机制五个方面进行了深入研究,形成了系统而完整的课堂教学质量自主保证策略。
[Abstract]:The results of a questionnaire survey on students, teachers and heads of teaching management departments in higher vocational colleges show that the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges is generally not high. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges, the author analyzes the key factors that affect the quality of classroom teaching from the two dimensions of teachers and students, and takes this as the logical starting point to strengthen the subjective consciousness of quality assurance. In this paper, five aspects of classroom teaching target system, including designing the standard and assessment method of students' learning goal, integrating information means into classroom teaching, establishing incentive and punishment mechanism, are deeply studied. Form a systematic and complete classroom teaching quality independent guarantee strategy.
