中等职业学校学生创新能力的培养研究

【摘要】:从国家对人才的需求、中等职业教育的目的和发展现状来看,我国的中等职业教育需要关注创新能力培养。本研究以多元智力理论、建构主义学习理论为理论基础分析中等职业学校学生创新能力培养的现状、影响因素,并提出相关建议。 当前中等职业学校在培养学生创新能力上一方面是没有形成有利的氛围,另一方面使缺乏行之有效的具体措施,学生的创新能力还比较弱,对创新能力培养的意识也十分模糊,但学生仍然喜爱与培养创新能力相关的教学方法和学习评价方法,同时通过问卷调查,学生对学校提出了一些培养创新能力的希望,如:组织有创新意义的实践活动,老师采用启发式教学方式,学校多搭建平台让学生释放创新灵感,营造创新能力培养的校园氛围等。影响中等职业学校学生创新能力培养的因素,主要包括三个方面:一是社会以及教育者在思想观念上存在偏差;二是教育教学内容陈旧、方法落后;三是学生自身缺乏创新意识。 为了促进中等职业学校学生创新能力的提高,可以从以下五个方面做出努力:学校转变教育理念,注重创新能力培养;教师改革教学方法,创设有利于创新思维形成的教学环境;引导学生形成创新意识,提高创新能力;改革课程体系,从课程角度培养学生创新能力;统一认识,,为创新能力培养营造良好的社会氛围。
[Abstract]:According to the national demand for talents, the aim and development of secondary vocational education, China's secondary vocational education needs to pay attention to the cultivation of innovative ability. Based on the theory of multiple intelligence and constructivist learning, this study analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of students' innovative ability in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward some relevant suggestions. On the one hand, the secondary vocational schools have not formed a favorable atmosphere for cultivating students' innovative ability, on the other hand, they lack effective concrete measures, and the students' innovative ability is still relatively weak, and their awareness of cultivating innovative ability is also very vague. However, the students still like teaching methods and learning evaluation methods related to the cultivation of innovative ability. At the same time, through the questionnaire survey, the students put forward some hopes to cultivate the innovative ability of the school, such as organizing innovative practical activities. Teachers use heuristic teaching methods, schools build platforms for students to release innovative inspiration, create innovative ability of the campus atmosphere. The factors affecting the cultivation of students' creative ability in secondary vocational schools mainly include three aspects: first, there are deviations in the ideology of society and educators, second, the contents of education and teaching are outmoded and the methods are backward. Third, the students themselves lack the sense of innovation. In order to promote the improvement of students' innovative ability in secondary vocational schools, we can make efforts in the following five aspects: changing the educational concept of schools, paying attention to the cultivation of innovative abilities, and reforming the teaching methods of teachers, Create a teaching environment conducive to the formation of innovative thinking, guide students to form innovative consciousness, improve innovative ability, reform the curriculum system, train students' innovative ability from the perspective of curriculum, unify understanding, Create a good social atmosphere for the cultivation of innovation ability.
