中德高职教育校企关系的比较研究

【摘要】:高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,经过几十年的跨越式发展,成绩显著。高等职业教育在推进我国经济发展、科技创新、人才强国的进程中具有不可忽视的重要作用。但相对于职业教育发达的德国而言,我国的高等职业教育还存在诸多问题。国内的高等职业教育一直是学校主导,政府教育部门主管,企业行业参与不足,校企双方的合作停留于表面浅层次,学校与企业联系不紧密,校企关系居于冷淡。本文从对比研究的视角,剖析德国“双元制”下校企关系的优势与特点,探讨我国高职教育校企关系的完善路径。论文主要包括以下五部分内容:第一部分为绪论。在描述研究背景、意义和方法的基础上,对高等职业教育的校企合作关系作相关的文献梳理,以更好的把握这一研究领域的新动态。第二部分为相关的理论概述。主要介绍社会交换理论、利益相关者理论和企业社会责任理论,并对三种理论进行较为详细的阐述,为后续章节作理论铺垫。第三部分是本文中德高等职业教育比较研究的维度确立阶段。在厘清德国与我国的高等职业教育体系后,突出强调德国“双元制”职业教育模式的优势及其特点。通过细化校企合作关系的概念,确立三个比较维度:人才培养模式、校企项目合作形式和政府的角色定位。第四部分是本论文的重点章节。将德国与我国高等职业教育校企合作在三个维度方面分别对应比较,揭示了两者所反映的校企关系存在现状,并引入访谈,发现我国高等职业教育校企合作关系中存在的问题与不足。第五部分是基于比较研究及访谈结果分析,探讨我国高等职业教育校企关系的完善路径。也即以三螺旋理论为依据,构建高职院校与企业关系的模型,借助此模型,提出完善校企关系的路径:加强政府宏观调控和政策引导;推动高职院校的服务能力建设;鼓励行业企业积极参与。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements after decades of leapfrogging development. Higher vocational education plays an important role in promoting China's economic development, scientific and technological innovation, and talent power. However, compared with Germany where vocational education is developed, there are still many problems in higher vocational education in our country. Higher vocational education in China has always been dominated by schools, the government education department supervisor, the enterprise industry participation is insufficient, the cooperation between the school and the enterprise stays at the superficial level, the school and the enterprise connection is not close, the school enterprise relations live in the cold. From the perspective of comparative research, this paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the relationship between schools and enterprises under the "dual system" in Germany, and probes into the perfect path of the relationship between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education in China. The thesis mainly includes the following five parts: the first part is the introduction. On the basis of describing the background, significance and methods of the research, this paper makes a literature review on the cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education, in order to better grasp the new trends in this research field. The second part is a summary of relevant theories. This paper mainly introduces the theory of social exchange, stakeholder theory and corporate social responsibility theory, and elaborates the three theories in detail, which will pave the way for the following chapters. The third part is the dimensionality establishment stage of the comparative study of higher vocational education in Germany and China. After clarifying the higher vocational education system between Germany and China, the advantages and characteristics of German "dual system" vocational education model are emphasized. Through the refinement of the concept of school-enterprise cooperative relationship, three comparative dimensions are established: the talent training model, the cooperative form of school-enterprise projects and the role of the government. The fourth part is the key chapter of this paper. By comparing the three dimensions of the cooperation between German and Chinese higher vocational education schools and enterprises, this paper reveals the existing situation of the relationship between the two schools and enterprises, and introduces the interview. To find out the problems and deficiencies in the cooperative relationship between higher vocational education schools and enterprises in our country. The fifth part is based on the comparative study and the analysis of the results of interviews to explore the perfect path of the relationship between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China. In other words, based on the theory of triple helix, the model of the relationship between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is constructed. With the help of this model, the paths of perfecting the relationship between schools and enterprises are put forward: strengthening the macro-control and policy guidance of the government, promoting the construction of service capacity of higher vocational colleges and universities; Encourage the active participation of industry enterprises.
