五年制高职护生创造力培养实践研究

【摘要】:以400名五年制高职护理专业学生为被试对象,每个年级100人,均随机平均分到实验组和控制组,对实验组学生实施创造力培养活动。采用《威廉斯创造性个性倾向量表》对两组分别进行前测和后测。结果表明:(1)中职阶段(一、二、三年级)护生创造性人格4个因子的得分从高到低依次为好奇心、挑战性、冒险性和想象力,高职五年级为挑战性、冒险性、好奇心和想象力。(2)创造力培养活动对高职护生创造性人格有显著提升作用。
[Abstract]:A total of 400 nursing students in five-year vocational colleges were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group with 100 students in each grade. The creativity training activities were carried out for the students in the experimental group. The two groups were tested by Williams scale of Creative Personality disposition. The results showed that: (1) the scores of the four factors of the nursing students' creative personality were curiosity, challenge, adventure and imagination, and the fifth grade of higher vocational school was challenging and adventurous. Curiosity and imagination. (2) creativity training has a significant effect on the creativeness of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
