高职生职业适应能力培养问题研究

【摘要】:文章基于对辽宁水利职业学院的个案研究,对高职学生职业适应能力的培养问题进行探讨。研究结果显示,高职学生在职业适应能力方面对职业规划有所认识,但职业规划能力欠缺;对职业适应有所了解,但适应能力不强。对此,提出将职业生涯教育作为提高高职学生职业适应能力的突破点,将心理健康教育作为促进高职学生职业适应能力的助推剂,将"双师型"师资队伍的建设作为提升高职学生职业适应能力的保障,将校企合作作为加强学生职业适应能力培养的平台。
[Abstract]:Based on the case study of Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College, this paper discusses the cultivation of vocational adaptability of vocational college students. The results show that vocational college students have some understanding of vocational planning in terms of vocational adaptability, but lack of vocational planning ability, and have some understanding of occupational adaptation, but not strong adaptability. In view of this, it is proposed that career education should be regarded as a breakthrough point to improve vocational adaptability of higher vocational students, and mental health education should be taken as a booster to promote vocational adaptability of vocational college students. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is regarded as the guarantee to enhance the vocational adaptability of higher vocational students, and the cooperation between school and enterprise is taken as the platform to strengthen the cultivation of students' vocational adaptability.
