高职院校学生积极学习心理培养策略研究

【摘要】:作为高职院校教育教学活动主体的学生,其学习心理状况是影响教学效果的重要因素。目前高职院校学生学习过程中厌学、自卑、学习动机不高、学习自我效能感低等学习心理问题频出,现行高职心理健康教育模式未能很好地解决这一问题,因此,本研究在对以往相关研究成果进行归纳和整理的基础上,通过对自编问卷数据的统计分析和半开放型个别访谈资料的整理归纳,了解高职院校学生学习心理的积极特征、存在的问题及其影响因素,并将积极心理学相关理论引入高职学生学习心理研究,提出高职学生积极学习心理的培养策略,以及改善高职学生学习心理的具体措施。 本论文共分为六个部分。第一部分是引言,,全面阐述了选题背景、选题目的和意义、研究思路与方法,以及相关的研究综述,以确定研究工作的起点;第二部分是高职院校学生学习心理的特征,通过对高职院校学生学习心理的问卷调查数据的统计分析和对访谈资料的整理归纳,总结出高职院校学生学习心理的主要特点,特别是积极的特征,如求知进取欲较高、学习情感丰富、学习自我效能感水平比以往有所提高等等;第三部分是高职院校学生学习心理的问题及归因分析,总结出高职院校学生学习心理存在的主要问题,如学习动机不当、学习策略使用不足、学生操作技能形成的心理发展水平较低、技术原理学习不足等,并且结合调研结果分析这些问题的外部影响因素和内部影响因素,包括社会文化、家庭、学校、同辈群体等方面的因素,以及学生自身对学习过程的认知、情绪情感体验、学习意志,以及学生自身学习基础、学习兴趣、学习能力等因素;第四部分是高职学生积极学习心理的营造条件,在分析传统模式下高职学生学习心理问题解决的弊端基础上,分析了营造高职学生积极学习心理的理论条件和现实条件,并结合高职院校实际情况阐述了高职学生积极学习心理的特殊内涵、培养目标和干预机制;第五部分是高职学生积极学习心理的培养策略,从培养环境、学校教育和学生自我培养三个层面探讨了高职学生积极学习心理的培养和改善,总结了改善高职学生学习动机、学习策略、学习自我效能感以及改善高职学生操作技能学习心理问题和技术原理学习心理问题的措施;第六部分是研究结论,讨论了研究的主要结论和不足之处,进行了研究展望。 论文创新点主要在于从职业教育心理学和学习心理学的角度,引入积极心理学理论,针对行业类高职院校学生学习心理进行研究。
[Abstract]:As the main body of educational and teaching activities in higher vocational colleges, the students' learning psychology is an important factor affecting the teaching effect. At present, the students in higher vocational colleges are tired of learning, inferiority complex, low motivation for learning, low sense of self-efficacy and so on. The current mode of mental health education in higher vocational colleges has not solved this problem very well. On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the previous related research results, this study, through the statistical analysis of the self-made questionnaire data and the semi-open individual interview data, understands the positive characteristics of the students' learning psychology in higher vocational colleges. The existing problems and their influencing factors are introduced into the study of learning psychology of higher vocational students, and the training strategies of positive learning psychology of higher vocational students are put forward, as well as the concrete measures to improve the learning psychology of higher vocational students. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which comprehensively describes the background, purpose and significance of the topic, research ideas and methods, as well as the relevant research review to determine the starting point of the research; the second part is the characteristics of students' learning psychology in higher vocational colleges. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data of the students' learning psychology in higher vocational colleges and the summary of the interview data, the main characteristics of the students' learning psychology in higher vocational colleges are summarized, especially the positive characteristics, such as the high desire for knowledge and enterprising. The third part is the problem and attribution analysis of the students' learning psychology in higher vocational colleges, and summarizes the main problems of the students' learning psychology in higher vocational colleges. Such as improper learning motivation, inadequate use of learning strategies, low level of psychological development of students' operational skills, inadequate learning of technical principles, etc. Including social culture, family, school, peer group and other factors, as well as the students' own cognition, emotional experience, learning will, as well as the students' own learning basis, learning interest, learning ability and so on. The fourth part is the construction conditions of active learning psychology of higher vocational students. On the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of solving the problems of learning psychology of vocational students under the traditional mode, this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical conditions of creating students' active learning psychology in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the actual situation of higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds the special connotation, training goal and intervention mechanism of active learning psychology of higher vocational students, the fifth part is the cultivation strategy of active learning psychology of vocational college students, which is based on the training environment. This paper probes into the cultivation and improvement of the active learning psychology of the students in higher vocational colleges from the three aspects of school education and students' self-cultivation, and sums up the improvement of the students' learning motivation and learning strategies. The sixth part is the conclusion of the study, discusses the main conclusions and shortcomings of the study, and carries on the research prospect. The innovation of this paper is to introduce the theory of positive psychology from the perspective of vocational education psychology and learning psychology, and to study the students' learning psychology in vocational colleges.
