基于系统工程方法的中职教师绩效考核研究

【摘要】:中职教师的绩效考核工作是否科学合理,对于中职学校的可持续性发展起着非常重要的作用,本文的研究目的在于提出一个符合中职学校实际的科学的教师绩效考核模型。 本文以系统科学的思想作为理论指导,以系统工程的方法为研究工具,运用层次分析法提出了中职教师绩效考核指标体系,该模型包括“德”、“能”、“勤”、“绩”等四个要素,要素的选择既运用了系统工程方法的基本原理,又符合东莞市经济贸易学校的实际,能真实地反映教师绩效考核工作的情况。本文将各级指标在同一层次内按一定的标度两两进行重要性比较并建立相应的模糊一致矩阵,计算出了指标权重。本文在实证研究中运用模糊综合评价法对计算机科组教师陈某进行了评价,定性结果为良,定量结果为80.365,,符合该教师的工作实际,在对该科组其余15名教师进行绩效考核时,结果证明本文的研究方法更准确,更为该科组多数教师所接受。 本文的创新性在于:1.运用模糊一致矩阵,解决了层次分析法中矩阵一致性校验的难题。2.模糊综合评价法既有定性的评价又有定量的评价,有助于人事部门更准确地做好绩效考核结果的反馈。模糊综合评价法对教师绩效考核指标体系中的每一个子指标都给予了评价,注重过程评价,这有助于教师发现其绩效考核各分项指标中出现的不足并进行针对性改进,从而促进其全面发展。
[Abstract]:The scientific and rational performance assessment of secondary vocational school teachers plays a very important role in the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools. The purpose of this study is to put forward a scientific teacher performance assessment model which is in line with the actual secondary vocational school.
This paper, taking the thought of system science as the theoretical guidance, takes the method of system engineering as the research tool, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to put forward the performance evaluation index system of secondary vocational teachers. This model includes four factors, such as "Virtue", "energy", "diligence", "performance" and so on. The selection of the elements has not only applied the basic principles of the system engineering method, but also conforms to the East. The practice of the Guan City Economic and trade school can truly reflect the situation of teachers' performance assessment. This paper compares the importance of the indicators at the same level in the same level and sets up the corresponding fuzzy consistent matrix at the same level in the same level, and calculates the weight of the index. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the computer science in the empirical study. The group teacher Chen was appraise, the qualitative result is good, the quantitative result is 80.365, conforms to the teacher's work reality. The result proves that the research method of this article is more accurate and is accepted by most teachers of the group in the performance assessment of the other 15 teachers in the group.
The innovation of this paper is: 1. using fuzzy consistent matrix to solve the problem of matrix consistency checking in analytic hierarchy process.2. fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method not only has qualitative evaluation but also quantitative evaluation, which helps the personnel department to do better performance evaluation result feedback.
