基于江西省3所职教师资培训基地的现状调查与对策研究
[Abstract]:China's secondary vocational education is facing a new situation, its development momentum is unstoppable, and it plays an important role in promoting the economic development of our country. The development of secondary vocational education can not be separated from the high quality of secondary vocational teachers. At present, there are some problems such as the high proportion of students and teachers, the low proportion of "double qualified" teachers and the serious shortage of the total number of teachers in our country. One of the effective ways for teachers' professional growth is teacher training, which is an important link in the construction of secondary vocational school teachers. In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational education and improve the quality of our secondary vocational teachers, the Ministry of Education has launched the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", "the Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and "the Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to improve the quality of secondary vocational teachers. Has obtained the remarkable achievement and the good effect. In order to better improve the training effect of secondary vocational teachers, understand the current situation of the training work, and explore the ideal way of vocational education teacher training, the author based on three vocational education teacher training bases in Jiangxi Province on the basis of consulting a lot of literature. Through the investigation of the secondary vocational teachers and the staff of the vocational education base, the research and analysis of this topic are carried out through the in-depth analysis of the survey data and the deep thinking of the theory. Based on the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and materials, taking three provincial teacher training bases in Jiangxi Province in 2014 as an example, this paper adopts the research method of combining questionnaire survey with interview investigation, based on the practical investigation and in-depth analysis. On the basis of this, theoretical research is carried out, and the final conclusion is drawn. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborates the research background, the purpose significance, the research plan as well as the domestic and foreign research summary. The second chapter mainly explains the concept definition related to this study and the theoretical basis of this study. The third chapter mainly introduces the purpose of the research, the selection of investigation objects, the contents and tools of investigation methods, and the results and analysis of the investigation. The fourth chapter is mainly from the secondary vocational teachers, secondary vocational schools, vocational education teacher training base, organization and other four angles to explore the problem, and in-depth analysis of the reasons, and found some urgent problems. In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from four angles of secondary vocational school, secondary vocational teacher, vocational education teacher training base and organization, which is helpful to improve the quality of secondary vocational school teacher training. In the last chapter, the author puts forward the deficiency of this study and the suggestions for further study.
