高职院校课程设置同质化问题研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,我国政治、经济、文化和科技的迅猛发展给高等职业教育带来了空前的发展机遇,在高等教育大众化的背景下,各地高职院校如雨后春岁般大量出现,其规模的快速扩大,一方面促进了高等教育大众化进程,另一方面由于我国高职院校办学经验有待丰富,其在发展过程中相互模仿使得高职院校出现同质化现象,进而影响其课程设置也出现了同质化倾向。课程设置是影响高职院校教学质量的核心因素,是实现培养目标的主要手段。为进一步优化我国高职院校课程设置体系,本文以甘肃省6所高职院校为例,通过文献、文本资料分析、案例说明等方法,对高职院校课程设置同质化问题进行调查分析,进而剖析原因,并提出相应解决对策。本文以阐述高职院校课程设置和课程设置同质化基本概念为起点,阐释了高职院校课程设置的应然状态,旨在以此为标准调查样本院校的课程设置实施现状。接下来,以样本院校计算机专业培养计划为文本分析对象,对目前甘肃省各高职院校课程设置是否有同质化问题进行了实证调查分析,发现:甘肃省各高职院校课培养目标表述不明确,存在雷同化趋势。其次,课程内容交叉重复、课程结构不合理、课程评价方式单一,这使得高职院校计算机专业课程设置体系缺乏学院特色,其课程设置存在一定同质化问题。然后,本文从内部制约因素和外部制约因素两方面分析了高职院校课程设置同质化现象的原因,如培养目标专业方向不明确、课程结构相似、课程内容无特色、评价主体单一、政府和企业参与度不够等等。最后,基于现状分析和原因剖析,针对高职院校课程设置同质化现象,本研究提出以下几点对策:明确定位培养目标;根据专业特色,开发模块化课程结构;融合优质教学资源,加强精品课程内涵建设;构筑具有各高职院校特色的教材体系;构建分类指导、多元化的课程评价体系。
[Abstract]:Since the twenty-first Century, the rapid development of China's politics, economy, culture and science and technology has brought unprecedented opportunities for development of higher vocational education. Under the background of the popularization of higher education, the higher vocational colleges and universities all over the world appear as a large number of years after the rain. The rapid expansion of their scale has promoted the process of the popularization of higher education. On the other hand, the higher vocational education has promoted the process of popularization of higher education, on the other hand, The experience of running a school in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country needs to be enriched. The imitation of each other in the course of development makes the higher vocational colleges appear homogeneity, and the course setting also has a homogeneity tendency. Course setting is the core factor affecting the teaching quality of Higher Vocational Colleges and the main means to realize the training goal. This paper takes 6 Higher Vocational Colleges in Gansu as an example. Through the literature, text data analysis, case description and other methods, this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the problem of homogeneity in the curriculum setting of higher vocational colleges, then analyzes the reasons and puts forward the corresponding solutions. This paper expounds the homogeneity of curriculum setting and curriculum setting in higher vocational colleges. The concept is the starting point, which explains the necessary state of curriculum setting in higher vocational colleges. This is designed as the standard to investigate the present situation of the curriculum setting of the sample colleges and universities. Then, taking the computer professional training plan of the sample colleges as the text analysis object, this paper makes an Empirical Study on whether the course setting of various higher vocational colleges in Gansu province has the same quality. It is found that the goal expression of the high vocational school courses in Gansu province is not clear, and there is a tendency of similarities and differences. Secondly, the course content is overlapping, the course structure is not reasonable and the course evaluation method is single, which makes the computer course setting system of Higher Vocational Colleges lack the college characteristics, and the course setting has a certain homogeneity problem. Then, this paper from The two aspects of internal constraints and external constraints are the analysis of the reasons for the homogeneity of the curriculum in higher vocational colleges, such as the unclear orientation of the training target, the similar curriculum structure, the uncharacteristic course content, the single evaluation subject, the insufficient participation of the government and the enterprise and so on. The course setting is homogeneity, and the following countermeasures are put forward: clearly positioning the training target, developing modular curriculum structure according to professional characteristics, integrating high quality teaching resources, strengthening the construction of quality course connotation, constructing the teaching material system with the characteristics of various higher vocational colleges, constructing the classification guidance and the diversified curriculum evaluation system.
