职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设机制创新研究

【摘要】:“双师型”教师队伍的建设是职业院校建设的重点问题。评定一所职业院校教学质量是否合格,拥有一支教学水平强、专业技能高的”双师型”教学队伍是关键。近几年,伴随着我国职业教育的发展,职业院校的师资质量和数量与过去相比得到了明显的提高。但是,总体上来说还存在轻视实践技能、师资队伍结构不理想、培养速度缓慢等众多问题。因此,要建设一支高素质、高技能的“双师型”教师队伍,促进职业教育的良性发展,提升职业教育的整体办学质量这条道路仍然任重道远。首先,本文作者对职业教育和“双师型”教师队伍目前的现状做了大量的调查和分析,采用理论研究、实证调研和案例分析等方法,对“双师型”教师的概念提出了新的看法。其次,通过问卷调查和访谈,对国内5所职业院校“双师型”教师情况进行调查,剖析了“双师型”教师队伍建设目前仍然存在的一些问题,并对存在问题的原因进行了分析。最后,本文对职业院校如何更好更全面的建设一支高素质“双师型”教师队伍,做了理论上和实践上的研究,在政府机制、培养方式、调动教师积极性等方面提出了新的方法和策略,希望能对职业教育的改革与发展有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is a key issue in the construction of vocational colleges. It is the key to evaluate whether the teaching quality of a vocational college is qualified or not and to have a teaching team with strong teaching level and high professional skills. In recent years, with the development of vocational education in China, the quality and quantity of teachers in vocational colleges and universities have been obviously improved compared with the past. On the whole, however, there are still many problems, such as despising practical skills, imperfect structure of teachers, slow training speed and so on. Therefore, it is still a long way to build a high-quality and highly skilled "double-qualified" teachers, to promote the benign development of vocational education and to improve the overall quality of vocational education. First of all, the author makes a lot of investigation and analysis on the present situation of vocational education and "double-qualified" teachers, and puts forward a new view on the concept of "double-qualified" teachers by means of theoretical research, empirical investigation and case analysis. Secondly, through questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper investigates the situation of "double qualified" teachers in 5 vocational colleges in China, analyzes some problems that still exist in the construction of "double qualified" teachers, and analyzes the reasons for these problems. Finally, this paper makes a theoretical and practical study on how to better and more comprehensively build a high-quality "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and universities, in the government mechanism, training methods, This paper puts forward some new methods and strategies in arousing the enthusiasm of teachers, hoping that it can be used for reference in the reform and development of vocational education.
