“德智和谐”教育观念在高职院校教学实践中的应用研究

【摘要】:在现代教育中,将德育教育和智育教育统一起来,德育植根于智育中,贯穿于学校一切活动中。通过学校的教育活动,学生在掌握科学知识、技能,确立信仰、拥有了美好人性和高尚的道德,它是价值性和科技性在学校教育中的具体体现,为形成创新型人才、具有高尚情操的人才打好基础。 “德智和谐”教育观念就是坚持以德育为先导,智育教育为中心,两者相辅相成,,统一于教育之中和谐发展。通过确定德育教育目标,实行教学教育、学校管理、综合评价与德育教育相结合,让学生个性、技能,和谐、全面发展。 本文从高职院校办学实践出发,侧重论述行业院校以特色办学,用办学水平和优势为国家培养“德智和谐”型人才,构建设计性、综合性实验实践课程教学、实验室教学、实训基地实践三位一体的实践教学体系。创建拥有美好理想,能够服务社会,面向基层,面向专业岗位的应用型、技能型人才培养模式。向培养德才兼备的高职高专人才推进。
[Abstract]:In modern education, moral education and intellectual education are unified, moral education is rooted in intellectual education and runs through all activities of school. Through the educational activities of the school, the students are mastering scientific knowledge, skills, establishing faith, possessing good human nature and noble morality, it is the concrete embodiment of value and science and technology in school education, in order to form innovative talents, People with noble sentiments lay a good foundation. The idea of "moral and intellectual harmony" is to insist on moral education as the guide and intellectual education as the center. They complement each other and develop harmoniously in education. Through establishing the goal of moral education, carrying out teaching education, school management, comprehensive evaluation and moral education, students' personality, skills, harmony and all-round development can be achieved. Starting from the practice of running a school in higher vocational colleges, this paper emphasizes on the characteristics of running a school in the professional colleges and universities, trains the talents of "moral and intellectual harmony" for the country with the level and advantages of running a school, and constructs a design, comprehensive experimental practice course teaching and laboratory teaching. Practice training base practice trinity of practice teaching system. To create an applied and skilled personnel training model with beautiful ideals, can serve the society, be oriented to the basic level and face the professional post. Promote the cultivation of high vocational and technical talents with both morality and ability.
