福建省高等职业院校发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：作为高等教育中的重要类型之一,高等职业教育直接为生产第一线培养大量高端技能型人才,与地方经济有着密切联系,在区域经济发展中的作用是不可替代的。福建在祖国版图的南边,是海峡西岸经济区的重要组成部分,经济社会的发展以及高职教育的发展的区域性特点是客观存在的。地方区域经济要实现可持续发展,必定需要高职教育,以便能够获得人力资源上的支持。反之亦然,高等职业教育要实现可持续发展,势必要紧紧围绕所在区域的产业结构的现实状况进行办学,才能培养社会适用的人才。而今,福建的高职教育发展状况和本地区各行各业的用人需求,特别是企业对人才的需求存在一些脱节,未能很好充分地为海峡西岸经济区地区实现可持续发展提供契合的人力资源。本文通过探索全国高等职业院校的发展现状,并从福建省高职院校发展的现状及背景进行研究,分析影响福建省高职院校发展的因素,通过对高职院校发展的国际国内经验借鉴,理清福建省高职院校服务地方经济发展的思路,探讨提出在新的阶段,提出推进福建省高职院校发展的相关建议,期待使高职院校更好的主动地融入海峡西岸经济区建设主战场,大力加强优质教育教学资源的共建共享,最终形成具有福建地方特色的高等职业教育体系。
[Abstract]:As one of the important types of higher education, higher vocational education has a close relationship with the local economy and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of regional economy. Fujian is an important part of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits in the south of the motherland. The regional characteristics of economic and social development and the development of higher vocational education exist objectively. In order to realize the sustainable development of local regional economy, higher vocational education must be needed in order to obtain the support of human resources. Vice versa, in order to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational education, it is necessary to run a school closely around the actual situation of the industrial structure of the region where it is located, so as to train the talents suitable for the society. At present, there is some disconnection between the development of higher vocational education in Fujian and the employment needs of various industries in the region, especially the demand for talents from enterprises. It fails to provide suitable human resources for the sustainable development of the economic zone on the west side of the strait. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province by exploring the current situation of the development of higher vocational colleges in China, and studying the present situation and background of the development of vocational colleges in Fujian Province. By drawing lessons from the international and domestic experiences of the development of higher vocational colleges, this paper clarifies the train of thought of Fujian higher vocational colleges serving the local economic development, discusses and puts forward some relevant suggestions to promote the development of higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province at a new stage. It is expected that higher vocational colleges will be more active in the construction of the main battlefield of the economic zone on the west side of the strait, strengthen the co-construction and sharing of high-quality educational and teaching resources, and finally form a higher vocational education system with local characteristics in Fujian Province.
