高职教育的办学体制、财政体制与政校企合作机制——对浙江省高职教育资源获取的制度分析

【摘要】：办学体制、财政体制与政校企合作机制是影响高职教育获取资源的关键因素,浙江省高职教育发达,其灵活的办学体制能够动员和激励更多有意愿、有能力、有资源、有资格的主体参与办学,良好的财政体制能借助多样化方式从特定或不特定范围的主体中获得更多的资源维持高校发展,而有效的政校企合作机制既能为高职院校人才培养提供来自企业的支持,也在一定程度上改变了高职院校的治理形式。
[Abstract]:The system of running a school, the financial system and the cooperation mechanism of school enterprise and enterprise are the key factors that affect the acquisition of resources in higher vocational education. The higher vocational education in Zhejiang province is developed. The flexible running system can mobilize and encourage more will, ability, resources and qualified participants to run a school, and a good financial system can use a variety of ways from specific or not. The specific scope of the main body to obtain more resources to maintain the development of colleges and universities, and effective political school enterprise cooperation mechanism can not only provide support from enterprises for talent training in higher vocational colleges, but also to a certain extent, it has changed the form of governance in higher vocational colleges.
