基于匹配原则的高职教育资源分配绩效评价研究——以江苏省质量工程为例

【摘要】：基于匹配原则,构建"质量工程"教育资源投入量化指标体系,对其进行区域、专业2个维度定量评价,同时与招生、产业结构联立匹配矩阵,重新审视"质量工程"资源分配绩效。研究结论表明,江苏省"质量工程"教育资源投入在区域、专业2个维度总体处于"吻合"、"基本吻合"区间;"申报—评审"资源分配机制下,专业结构通过倒逼资源分配,进而与产业资源错位;教育资源有强烈的空间溢出效应,但基于区域平衡考量,教育资源的规模效应和集聚效应受到削弱;教育资源的专业结构分配应考虑产业均衡,通过专业相对均衡发展,实现产业错位发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the matching principle, this paper constructs the quantitative index system of "quality engineering" educational resource input, evaluates it quantitatively from two dimensions of region and specialty, and synchronizes the matching matrix with enrollment and industrial structure. Review the performance of resource allocation in quality engineering. The results show that the investment of educational resources of "quality engineering" in Jiangsu Province is in the region, and the two dimensions of specialty are generally in the interval of "coincidence" and "basic agreement", and under the mechanism of resource allocation of "declaration and evaluation", the professional structure forces the allocation of resources through inversion. Then it is dislocated from industrial resources; educational resources have strong spatial spillover effect, but based on the consideration of regional balance, the scale effect and agglomeration effect of educational resources are weakened, and the professional structure of educational resources should consider industrial equilibrium. Through the relative balance of professional development, the realization of industrial dislocation development.
