高职大学生自我管理对提升通用能力和专业能力中介效应实证研究

【摘要】:文章以6个省份13所高职院校的6357个有效问卷为样本,探讨了学校因素、个体因素、社会因素对专业能力和通用能力作用过程中通过个体自我管理的中介调节效应。调研分析结果表明学校因素对提升专业能力和通用能力既有直接作用,也有间接作用,间接效果通过个体自我管理发挥中介效应。社会影响因素对提升专业能力和通用能力没有直接效果,但是通过个体自我管理发挥间接效用。个体自我成就感、自尊感以及人格特质对提升其通用能力既有直接作用,也有间接作用。个体因素对提升专业能力没有直接作用,但通过自我管理发挥间接效应。高职大学生良好的自我管理可以提升其通用能力和专业能力,因此高职院校必须高度重视大学生的自我管理。
[Abstract]:Taking 6357 valid questionnaires from 13 higher vocational colleges in 6 provinces as samples, this paper discusses the mediating effects of school factors, individual factors and social factors on professional ability and general competence through individual self-management. The results of investigation and analysis show that the school factors have both direct and indirect effects on the promotion of professional and general abilities, and indirect effects play an intermediary role through individual self-management. Social influence factors have no direct effect on improving professional ability and general ability, but indirect effect through individual self-management. Personal self-achievement, self-esteem and personality traits have both direct and indirect effects on improving their general competence. Individual factors have no direct effect on improving professional ability, but indirect effect through self-management. Good self-management of higher vocational college students can enhance their general ability and professional ability, so higher vocational colleges must attach great importance to the self-management of students.
