国家资格框架开发背景下职业教育学业质量标准制订的若干问题

【摘要】:职业教育学业质量标准是反映学生实际学业水平及达标状态的可监测体系,其与学业成就标准、专业教学标准、课程标准、教学诊改等概念既有区别又有联系。在国家资格框架开发背景下,学业质量标准借助于学习结果的比较,可为职业教育与其他类型教育、与产业部门的职业能力需求进行沟通、互认、转换和衔接提供重要的参照体系。坚持技术本位价值取向的职业教育学业质量标准,其框架中包含内容标准和表现标准两个维度,并展现为不同层级职业教育学习者在知识、技能和社会能力等方面发展的规律和逻辑性。
[Abstract]:The academic quality standard of vocational education is a monitoring system which reflects the students' actual academic level and the state of reaching the standard. It is different from and related to the concepts of academic achievement standard, professional teaching standard, curriculum standard, teaching diagnosis reform and so on. In the context of the development of the national qualification framework, academic quality standards can communicate and recognize each other for vocational education and other types of education, and for the needs of the industrial sector in terms of vocational capacity, with the aid of a comparison of learning results. Conversion and convergence provide an important reference system. The standard of academic quality of vocational education, which insists on the value orientation of technology, includes two dimensions of content standard and performance standard, and shows that the learners of different levels of vocational education are in knowledge. The law and logic of the development of skills and social abilities.
