陕西省高职院校师资队伍建设研究
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education trains advanced applied talents for the country and the society, meets the needs of social and economic development, and occupies an important position in the field of education. At present, our country is vigorously advocating the construction of innovative country, "mass innovation, mass entrepreneurship", "made in China 2025" has become the consensus of the government and society, rising, "the spirit of craftsmen" must be set up and carried forward. The development of vocational education in China started relatively late, and the country has always attached great importance to the development of vocational education. There are still many problems in the development of higher vocational education, especially under the new background of Internet, the development of higher vocational education is out of step with the information age, which seriously hinders the sustainable development of higher vocational education. High-quality teachers are an important force to train high-quality social applied talents. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of innovative provinces in Shaanxi Province by taking the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object. This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, unstructured interview, comparative analysis and empirical research to analyze the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province. This paper collates the relevant research documents about the construction of higher vocational college teachers at home and abroad, investigates the present situation of the construction of teachers in higher vocational and technical colleges in Shaanxi Province, and finds that there are many problems, which are manifested in the shortage of the total number of teachers. The ratio of students to teachers is obviously higher than that of the state, the structure of the teaching staff needs to be improved, the proportion of "double qualified" teachers and high-level teachers is low, the structure of specialized and concurrent teachers is out of balance, the training channel is single and the training system is not perfect, the incentive and evaluation mechanism is not perfect; The teacher's professional ability is not strong. If these problems are not solved, the quality of higher vocational colleges and social reputation will be greatly affected in the future, especially the goal of cultivating high-level talents in higher vocational colleges is very difficult to achieve. The reasons for these problems are that the society does not recognize the social status of higher vocational teachers; the source of teachers is unstable; the training and management mechanism is not perfect; the evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect; the teachers themselves do not know enough about professional development; The management of part-time teachers is formalized. The author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the problems in the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province, establishes the goal of building the teaching staff, improves the mechanism of the construction of the teaching staff, formulates the relevant policies, and makes use of the Internet platform. Higher vocational teachers as a channel for self-professional development, training data ability. Finally, the paper uses Baoji City higher vocational teachers' team construction as an empirical study to verify the situation of Shaanxi vocational colleges' teachers' team construction. In particular, aiming at the construction of higher vocational teachers in Shaanxi province, this paper puts forward the innovative talent introduction mechanism, the promotion of talent introduction legislation, and the use of "Internet education" to promote the development of higher vocational teachers under the background of the Internet era. It provides effective measures for the construction of teachers in higher vocational education in Shaanxi Province, and has certain policy reference value for speeding up the construction of teachers in higher vocational education in Shaanxi Province.
