民办高职院校班级文化建设研究

【摘要】：随着国家的建设和经济的发展，国家已经越来越重视职业教育的建设和发展，职业学校的数量、学校规模、在校生人数都在不断提高。但当前民办高职院校的学生素质普遍不高，，教育教学效果较差。 本文首先将通过文献回顾，在已有研究的基础上对国内外研究现状进行分析，在此基础上提出研究的问题，即民办高职院校的班级文化建设；然后将对班级文化的相关含义、功能及班级文化建设进行阐述；本文将采用观察法和个案分析，对四川省某民办高职学院班级文化的建设现状进行调研，通过实证研究和纵向比较，并对民办高职院校班级文化建设的对策及措施，如加强班级人际关系建设、培养班级的凝聚力和集体荣誉感、发挥辅导员在班级文化建设中的作用、利用现代化教育设备建设大学生班级文化进行探讨，以期为我国班级文化建设提出一些可操作的模型方法，最终达到引领学生健康成长和发展的目的。
[Abstract]:With the construction of the country and the development of economy, the country has paid more and more attention to the construction and development of vocational education. But at present, the quality of students in private higher vocational colleges is generally not high, and the effect of education and teaching is poor. First, this paper will review the literature, on the basis of the existing research on the status quo of research at home and abroad, and then put forward the research issues, that is, the construction of class culture in private vocational colleges, and then the meaning of class culture. The function and class culture construction are expounded, and the present situation of class culture construction in a private vocational college in Sichuan Province is investigated by means of observation method and case analysis. And the countermeasures and measures of class culture construction in private higher vocational colleges, such as strengthening class interpersonal relationship construction, cultivating class cohesion and collective sense of honor, giving play to the role of counselors in class culture construction. This paper probes into the construction of class culture of college students by using modern educational equipment in order to put forward some operable model methods for the construction of class culture in our country so as to lead the students to grow and develop healthily.
