山东职业学院校企合作问题的研究

【摘要】:当今社会的竞争主要是人才的竞争,人才数量的多寡,质量的好坏,直接关系到现代企业在竞争中的胜败存亡,而作为企业培养人才有效途径之一的校企合作就越来越凸显出其重要作用。虽然我国很多企业和学校开展了校企合作项目,做出了许多积极的尝试,也取得了很多成绩,但与先进国家相比,,与日益严峻的竞争形势相较还存在很大差距,本文将对企业人力资源管理中校企合作问题进行研究,着重以山东职业学院与济南铁路局校企合作具体个案为例,通过问卷调查与实地走访相结合的方法,分析其对企业人才培养的作用、存在的问题以及寻求解决的对策,对如何发挥两家之长,各取所需,达到合作共赢的目标进行探索。 本文首先对校企合作和人力资源开发的概念内涵进行研究,明确二者的界定及找到本文的理论基础;然后分析当前校企合作在人力资源开发方面的现状以及存在的问题,提出实证方案研究的设计与构建框架,再以实地调查等方式得出的数据予以佐证并加以分析;最后找出解决问题的方法,并对不断完善校企合作模式作进一步的反思与展望,提出双优共赢的发展之路。
[Abstract]:The competition in today's society is mainly the competition of talents, the quantity of talents and the quality are directly related to the success or failure of modern enterprises in the competition. As one of the effective ways to train talents, the cooperation between school and enterprise is becoming more and more important. Although many enterprises and schools in our country have carried out cooperative projects between schools and enterprises and made many positive attempts and achievements, compared with advanced countries, there is still a big gap between them and the increasingly severe competition situation. This article will carry on the research to the enterprise cooperation question in the enterprise human resources management, emphatically takes the Shandong vocational college and the Jinan railway bureau school and enterprise cooperation concrete case as the example, through the questionnaire investigation and the field visit method, This paper analyzes on the role, problems and solutions of the training of talents in enterprises, and probes into how to bring into full play the strengths of the two schools, to obtain their own needs and to achieve the goal of win-win cooperation. This paper first studies the concept connotation of school-enterprise cooperation and human resource development, defines the two and finds out the theoretical basis of this paper, and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation in human resources development. The paper puts forward the design and construction framework of empirical research, and then proves and analyzes the data obtained by field investigation. Finally, it finds out the method to solve the problem, and makes further reflection and prospect to improve the cooperation mode of school and enterprise. The development road of double excellent and win-win is put forward.
