陆费逵职业教育思想的当代价值研究

【摘要】:在我国近现代职业教育的发展史中,涌现出不少富有远见卓识的职业教育学家。他们的思想不仅具有重要的历史价值,而且历久弥新,对我们今天的职业教育理论与实践任具有启发与借鉴价值。陆费逵先生就是那个时代比较突出的一位思想家。陆费逵先生作为我国近代史上一位著名的出版实业家、教育家,主张实业救国与教育救国并举,尤其强调职业教育的重要性。陆费逵先生的职业教育思想的出发点为实业救国,他对职业教育的作用以及各种类型职业教育的价值进行了深层次的分析。作为中国近代实业家的代表之一,他结合自身的经历,强调实业家的职业教育以及德育在职业教育中的不可或缺的地位。陆费逵先生的职业教育思想源于当时中国的经济与教育实际,其深度与高度相对于当时而言是具有一定前瞻性的。可以毫不夸张地说,陆费逵的教育思想对我国近代职业教育的发展发挥了重要的促进作用,在我国近代职业教育史上独树一帜。不仅如此,其深邃的职业教育思想对今天我国现代职业教育体系的构建也具有一定的借鉴价值。本论文主要分为四个部分:第一部分主要介绍了本研究的背景和目的,指出本文的研究目的在于梳理陆费逵先生职业教育并探寻其教育思想的当代价值;第二部分别从时代基础、思想基础、实践基础三部分介绍了陆费逵先生职业教育思想形成的背景;第三部分主要从职业教育的目的、教育对象和作用等方面对陆费逵先生的职业教育思想体系进行了系统的阐释;第四部分首先通过与同时代的教育家进行共时比较,获知陆费逵先生职业教育思想的独到之处,而后结合我国当前现代职业教育体系构建和职业教育德育实际两方面探寻陆费逵先生职业教育思想的当代价值。本论文的创新之处在于:在深度分析陆费逵先生职业教育思想内涵后,将其与著名教育家黄炎培、晏阳初、陶行知进行同时代分析,以获取其职业思想的时代独特性;随后将其职业教育思想与我国现当代职业教育体系和职业教育发展热点(如“工匠精神”、“双创”、“工业4.0”、“中国制造2025”等)相结合,探寻陆费逵职业教育思想对于我国现当代职业教育体系构建和对于现当代职业教育实践发展的指导意义和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:In the history of modern vocational education in China, many visionary vocational educators have emerged. Their thoughts not only have important historical value, but also are old and new, which can enlighten and draw lessons from our theory and practice of vocational education today. Mr. Lu Feikwai was a prominent thinker of his time. As a famous publishing industrialist and educator in the modern history of our country, Mr. Lu Feikui advocates that industry should save the country and education to save the country, especially emphasizing the importance of vocational education. The starting point of Mr. Lu Fei-kui 's thought of vocational education is to save the country by industry. He makes a deep analysis of the role of vocational education and the value of various types of vocational education. As one of the representatives of the modern Chinese industrialists, he emphasized the indispensable position of the industrialists' vocational education and moral education in the vocational education combined with his own experience. Mr. Lu Feikui's thought of vocational education originated from the economic and educational practice in China at that time, and its depth and height were forward-looking compared with those at that time. It is no exaggeration to say that Lu Feikui's educational thought has played an important role in promoting the development of modern vocational education in our country and is unique in the history of modern vocational education in our country. Not only that, its profound vocational education thought also has certain reference value to the construction of the modern vocational education system of our country today. This thesis is mainly divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and purpose of this study, pointing out that the purpose of this study is to sort out Mr. Lu Feikui's vocational education and explore the contemporary value of his educational thought; The second part introduces the background of the formation of Mr. Lu Feikui's vocational education thoughts from three parts: the foundation of the times, the foundation of thought and the foundation of practice; the third part mainly introduces the purpose of vocational education. In the aspects of educational object and function, the author systematically explains Mr. Lu Fei-kui 's thought system of vocational education. The fourth part, by comparing with contemporary educator at the same time, finds out the originality of Mr. Lu Fei-kui 's thought of vocational education. Then combining with the construction of modern vocational education system and the reality of moral education of vocational education in our country, this paper explores the contemporary value of Mr. Lu Fei-kui 's thought of vocational education. The innovation of this thesis lies in: after deeply analyzing the connotation of Mr. Lu Feikui's vocational education thought, the author analyzes it with the famous educationists Huang Yanpei, Yen Yang Chu, Tao Xingzhi in the same time, in order to obtain the unique age of his professional thought; Then it combines its vocational education thoughts with the present and contemporary vocational education system and the development hot spots of vocational education (such as "craftsman's spirit", "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", "industry 4.0", "made in China 2025" and so on). This paper explores the guiding significance and reference value of Lu Feikui's vocational education thought for the construction of modern and contemporary vocational education system and the practical development of modern vocational education.
