信息化背景下高职院校工业设计人才培养模式

【摘要】:高职教育同时具备高等教育和职业教育的特点,它是以职业岗位为导向的高等教育形式,高职院校肩负着培养高级技能型人才的任务。工业设计专业是一门涉及到多学科的交叉型专业。高职院校中工业设计专业的人才培养模式由于教育类型和专业自身的特点而有别于普通高校。随着国家对高职院校信息化建设的推进和整个社会经济信息化的深刻变化,基于信息化的高职院校工业设计专业人才培养模式改革与创新成为值得研究的课题。 论文首先分析了高等教育与职业教育、教育与培训、高等职业教育与普通高等教育的区别,对高等职业教育进行了定位。然后对高职院校工业设计专业的人才培养模式现状进行了调研,分析了信息化建设对高职院校工业设计专业人才培养模式产生的影响。信息化加深了高职工业设计专业的内涵,同时也拓宽了其专业外延。信息化使工业设计的职业岗位群更丰富,随着工业设计的价值取向转变为以用户体验为核心,在传统的产品造型、模型制作等岗位的基础上,增加了交互设计、界面设计甚至环境艺术设计的岗位。在人才培养模式构建中,我们必须考虑这些新的岗位群。高职工业设计专业的人才培养模式的构建,是一项系统工程。涉及到人才培养定位、体制机制、课程体系、师资队伍、资源库建设、实习实训的开展与考核等各个方面。信息化的平台为顺利开展人才培养模式的改革创新提供了技术上的支持。必须以真实项目驱动高职工业设计实训,成为专业发展的共识。要实现真实项目驱动,在项目引入、实施、考核等各环节都需要信息化技术做基础。随后结合本校自身特点,对人才培养目标、课程体系、教学方式、实训项目等方面进行调整实施,并创建了一套基于信息化平台的“专业+项目+工作室”的教学体系。 论文最后综合课程特色、职业岗位、师资队伍、校企合作等方面构建了新的基于信息化平台的人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education has the characteristics of both higher education and vocational education. It is a form of higher education guided by vocational posts. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the task of cultivating advanced skilled personnel. Industrial design is a cross-disciplinary major involving many disciplines. The talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges is different from that of ordinary colleges because of the characteristics of education types and specialties. With the advancement of national informatization construction of higher vocational colleges and the profound changes of the whole social and economic informatization, the reform and innovation of talents training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges based on information technology has become a topic worthy of study. Firstly, the paper analyzes the differences between higher education and vocational education, education and training, higher vocational education and general higher education, and makes a positioning of higher vocational education. Then, the author investigates the current situation of the talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the influence of information construction on the talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges. Informationization deepens the connotation of higher vocational industrial design specialty and widens its professional extension. With the value orientation of industrial design changing to the core of user experience, interactive design is added on the basis of traditional product modeling, model making and so on. Interface design and even environmental art design position. In the construction of talent training model, we must consider these new post groups. It is a systematic project to construct the talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational education. It involves personnel training orientation, system mechanism, curriculum system, teaching staff, resource bank construction, practice training development and examination and so on. The platform of informatization provides technical support for the reform and innovation of talent training mode. It is necessary to use the real project to drive the practical training of higher vocational industrial design and become the consensus of professional development. In order to realize real project drive, information technology is needed in all aspects of project introduction, implementation, examination and so on. Then according to its own characteristics, the author adjusts and implements the training goal, course system, teaching method, practical training project and so on, and establishes a teaching system of "professional project studio" based on the information platform. At the end of the paper, a new talent training model based on information platform is constructed in the aspects of curriculum characteristics, professional posts, teachers' team and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
