“三核培养”理念中学生素质培养指标体系及素质学分的构建

【摘要】:高职大学生素质培养不仅要强化学生职业技能,还要培养社会主义核心价值观和职业核心能力,形成核心价值观、专业核心技能、职业核心能力"三核"为主体内容的综合素质。除专业核心技能培养指标体系外,构建一套培养核心价值观和职业核心能力的合适的指标体系,合理认定素质学分,并通过行之有效的程序环节、操作规则和规章制度,将二者有效贯彻落实,形成可复制、可借鉴的学生素质培养运行机制。
[Abstract]:The quality training of higher vocational college students should not only strengthen students' vocational skills, but also cultivate socialist core values and professional core abilities to form core values and professional core skills. The comprehensive quality of the main body of the three core competence of the profession. In addition to the training index system of professional core skills, a set of suitable index system for cultivating core values and professional core competence should be constructed, and quality credits should be reasonably determined, and effective procedures, operating rules and regulations should be adopted.
