校企合作背景下的高职校园文化建设研究

【摘要】：高等教育大众化的发展以及经济发展对高素质技能人才的需求让高等教育的发展受到重视。从世界职业教育的发展历程来看,各国的职业教育的发展都经过了不断摸索的过程,而最终总结了职业教育发展的有效途径——产学研结合、校企合作。是否进行校企合作,以何种方式开展校企合作关系到高职院校的可持续发展。目前,我国已经有不少高职院校与企业开展了校企合作,而校园文化建设作为高职院校建设中不可缺少的环节,其发展也日益成为众多学者关注的对象。关于校企合作和校园文化建设的研究受到了学者的关注,可是对于校企合作背景下的高职校园文化建设的研究却比较少。不少高职院校对校园文化建设认识不到位,体现不出高职特色。本文试图通过分析校企合作背景下高职校园文化建设的重要性及高职校园文化建设中存在的问题、原因分析,提出解决的对策和措施保障,希望能为高职院校的办学思路提供借鉴,对于培养高职需要的人才也具有指导意义,同时有利于丰富和完善高等职业教育理论从而为高职院校的校园文化建设和校企合作提供更好的理论指导。本文除导论外分为四部分。导论主要阐述了本文的研究背景与意义,国内外校园文化建设的研究现状,最后说明了本文的研究思路与方法。第一部分为介绍校企合作背景下高职校园文化建设的重要性。第二部分为校企合作背景下高职校园文化建设现状的特色与优势,及存在的问题与原因分析。第三部分是坚持校企合作背景下高职校园文化建设的先进性、整体性、准确性、创新性、主体性原则等基本原则。第四部分为校企合作背景下高职校园文化建设对策,从两个方面来谈,一是不断丰富校园文化建设的内容,包括精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化；二是完善校企合作背景下高职校园文化建设的保障措施,包括思想保障、组织保障、专家保障、制度保障、资金保障和理论指导等。希望通过本文的分析研究,能够了解当前高职院校与企业实行校企合作的背景下高职院校的校园文化建设应该如何发展,对高职院校未来的发展及人才培养有一定的指导意义,从而为国家和社会培养出更适合、优秀的技能型人才
[Abstract]:The development of the popularization of higher education and the demand of economic development for high quality and skilled personnel make the development of higher education receive more attention. From the perspective of the development of vocational education in the world, the development of vocational education in various countries has gone through a process of continuous exploration, and finally summed up the effective way of the development of vocational education-the combination of production, learning and research, the cooperation of schools and enterprises. Whether or not to cooperate with schools and enterprises, and how to carry out cooperation between schools and enterprises is related to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are many higher vocational colleges and enterprises in our country have carried out school-enterprise cooperation, and campus culture construction as an indispensable link in the construction of higher vocational colleges, its development has increasingly become the object of attention by many scholars. The research on the cooperation between school and enterprise and the construction of campus culture has attracted the attention of scholars, but the research on the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise is less. Many higher vocational colleges do not know enough about campus culture construction and can not embody the characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper attempts to analyze the importance of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the problems and reasons existing in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures and measures to ensure the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the thinking of running a higher vocational college, and it is also of guiding significance for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. At the same time, it is beneficial to enrich and perfect the theory of higher vocational education so as to provide better theoretical guidance for the construction of campus culture and cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into four parts. The introduction mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper, the current situation of campus culture construction at home and abroad, and finally explains the research ideas and methods of this paper. The first part introduces the importance of campus culture construction under the background of school-enterprise cooperation. The second part is the characteristics and advantages of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises, as well as the existing problems and reasons. The third part is to adhere to the basic principles of advancement, integrity, accuracy, innovation and subjectivity in the construction of campus culture under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The fourth part is the countermeasures of campus culture construction under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise. The first part is to enrich the content of campus culture construction, including spiritual culture, material culture, system culture and behavior culture. The second is to perfect the safeguard measures of campus culture construction under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise, including ideological guarantee, organization guarantee, expert guarantee, system guarantee, fund guarantee and theoretical guidance, etc. It is hoped that through the analysis and research in this paper, we can understand how to develop the campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges under the background of carrying out the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, which has certain guiding significance for the future development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of talents. So as to cultivate more suitable and excellent skilled talents for the country and society.
