构建职业教育经费保障机制研究

【摘要】：当前我国职业教育的发展却因为教育经费的短缺而受到了严重的制约,通过对我国职业教育经费现状进行分析,提出要细化各级政府的投入责任、建立健全职业教育经费管理机制、公用经费保障机制、以全程经费管理提高经费利用率以及改革经费拨款模式等五个方面的措施,以期能够有效保障我国职业教育事业发展能够获得稳定的经费投入。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of vocational education in our country is seriously restricted by the shortage of educational funds. Through the analysis of the present situation of vocational education funds in our country, it is proposed to refine the input responsibility of governments at all levels. To establish and perfect the management mechanism of vocational education funds, the mechanism of public funds guarantee, to improve the utilization rate of funds through the whole process of fund management, and to reform the pattern of appropriation of funds, etc. In order to effectively ensure the development of vocational education in China can get stable funding.
