茶文化内涵引入高职院校思想政治教育教学的结构分析与运用

【摘要】：中国是茶叶生产、输出和饮用大国,茶叶在中国有几千年的历史,鼎盛时期,中国一度成为了世界茶文化的中心。在新时期新形势下,高职教育越来越受重视,工匠精神的理念愈发深入人心、引领共识。高职院校青年学生的培养模式和知识结构主要以满足社会专业技能工作需求为主,但同时高职思想政治教育也不容忽视,德才兼备才是最终目标。因此,要着力实施两手抓:一手抓专业技术能力素养,一手抓思想道德素养,培养高素质高水平的中国工匠。如何将中国传统文化精髓中的茶文化内涵引入高职院校思想政治教育教学中,促进高职院校思政教育工作的结构改革,探索高职院校思政工作的创新运用是本文的主要研究方向和目的。
[Abstract]:China is a tea producing, exporting and drinking country. Tea in China has a history of thousands of years. At its peak, China once became the center of tea culture in the world. In the new era and new situation, higher vocational education is paid more and more attention to, and the idea of craftsman's spirit is becoming more and more popular and leading the consensus. The training mode and knowledge structure of young students in higher vocational colleges are mainly to meet the needs of social professional skills, but at the same time, ideological and political education in higher vocational education should not be ignored, and the ultimate goal is to have both morality and talent. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out two tasks: one hand, one professional technical ability, the other ideological and moral quality, and cultivate high quality and high level Chinese craftsmen. How to introduce the connotation of tea culture in the essence of Chinese traditional culture into the teaching of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and promote the structural reform of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Exploring the innovative application of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is the main research direction and purpose of this paper.
