当前我国高职院校学生道德教育研究

【摘要】：高等职业技术教育,它其实就是我国的高等教育发展过程当中出现的一类特殊事物,因为它既属于高等教育,同时又属于职业教育的范畴。二十世纪九十年代以来,我国的高等职业技术教育蓬勃兴起,实现了持续较快发展,它直接为我国的经济、政治、文化、社会等的科学发展培养了一大批应用型、实践型的科学技术人才。截止到2012年末,全国具有高等学历教育招生资格的高职院校共有1228所,其中山西省有46所。但由于当前世界经济的全球化、文化传播的多元化以及市场经济的负面作用影响,尤其是当前我国社会转型期的各种负面因素,直接对当前的高职院校学生的道德观念带来了巨大冲击,严重影响了当代高职院校学生的健康成长、成才。 长期以来,我国的高等职业技术教育片面注重对高职院校学生进行科技文化知识的灌输和专业技术、生产技能的强化,而忽略了对高职院校学生的道德水平、心理素质、人文精神等各方面的教育。这也在很大程度上影响了高职院校学生们的健康发展,直接导致了我国当代的高职院校学生们在道德认知和道德行为实践上产生了一定程度的失范现象。较为全面、系统地来分析当前我国高职院校学生们的道德教育现状,并对其存在的各种问题进行深入细致地研究,找出问题的真正原因,进而努力探寻解决问题的途径,并在此基础之上,切实地加强高职院校学生们的道德教育,努力促进高职院校学生们的健康成长,使其最终成为我国社会经济发展的高级技术人才,可以说具有十分重要的现实意义,这就成为了我国高职院校道德教育的一项十分重要的课题。对这一课题的相关研究,将更加有助于我国高职院校道德教育的顺利开展,能够取得切切实实的育人成效,从而也会在一定程度上继续不断丰富道德教育理论。本论文从这一指导思想出发,通过借助文献检索查阅的方式方法,结合对山西省内包括山西财政税务专科学校、山西旅游职业学院、太原大学、晋中师范高等专科学校、山西轻工职业技术学院、山西警官高等专科学校、太原城市职业技术学院、太原高等电力专科学校、山西职业技术学院等在内的多所高职院校的部分高职院校学生进行的道德教育现状的问卷调查及实地访谈、访问,立足于山西省内多所高职院校学生的道德现状及道德教育实际,力图寻找到能够切实加强高职院校学生道德教育的更为有效、更加科学的路径,从而能够进一步增强我省高职院校道德教育的科学性和实效性。为当前我国全面建成小康社会及努力构建社会主义和谐社会奠定扎实的人才基础,而且这会对我国建设社会主义现代化必将起到更为积极的作用。

Humanistic spirit and other aspects of education. To a great extent, this has affected the healthy development of students in higher vocational colleges, and has directly led to a certain degree of anomie in the practice of moral cognition and moral behavior among the students of higher vocational colleges in our country. The present situation of moral education of students in higher vocational colleges in our country is analyzed in a comprehensive and systematic way, and the various problems existing in them are deeply and meticulously studied to find out the real causes of the problems, and then try to find out the ways to solve the problems. On the basis of this, we should strengthen the moral education of the students in higher vocational colleges, make great efforts to promote the healthy growth of the students in higher vocational colleges and make them become the advanced technical talents in the social and economic development of our country. It can be said that it has very important practical significance, which has become a very important subject of moral education in higher vocational colleges. The related research on this subject will be more conducive to the smooth development of moral education in higher vocational colleges in China, can achieve practical results of education, and thus will continue to enrich the theory of moral education to a certain extent. Starting from this guiding ideology, this paper combines the methods of consulting with the help of literature, including Shanxi Finance and Taxation College, Shanxi Tourism Vocational College, Taiyuan University, Jinzhong Teachers College.
