新形势下中专校园文化建设研究

【摘要】:从客观角度而言,校园文化是学校全体教职员工在漫长的办学进程中共同创设和形成的,并且被全体教职员工所认可的校园文化理念以及培养这种理念所需要的文化环境的总和。实质上,校园文化是社会文化以一种理念或精神性的因素从政治角度、道德层面、心理角度对校园产生的一系列影响。在本质上,校园文化是社会文化的核心构成部分,是社会文化在校园文化中的拓展与延伸。高雅的校园文化往往能在潜移默化中培养学生形成良好的情操,促进其综合素质的全面提升,,并且还能以较大的力度对社会文化大环境形成影响。从学校角度而言,构筑高雅和谐的校园文化不但能形成独特的办学特色,而且还能进一步提升教学质量。近年来,随着我国教育的深入发展,校园文化建设在学校教育工作中所发挥的作用越来越大。 在教育大力改革的今天,社会发展对人才的要求越来越高,中专学校发展的空间不断缩小。在这种情况下,中专学校应构建温馨和谐、民主高雅的校园文化,方能适应中职教育发展的趋势,获得更大的生存空间。 本文首先对中专校园文化的内涵进行了明确的界定,并提出中专校园文化建设可达到的理想状态应当是:体现出强烈的教育功效和愉悦功效,彰显出开放性和衔接性,表现出鲜明的职业性,体现出时代性和创新性,具有明显的兼容性。在此基础上,揭示了中专校园文化建设存在的以下问题:投入严重不足,校园文化建设缺乏必要的中职特色,构建校园文化活动的方法单一,校园人文情境的构建匮乏。此后,论文对存在上述问题的成因进行了深入分析,即观念陈旧落后、构建校园文化的主体力量不够全面、市场经济体制的不良效应、构建中专校园文化的理论不够深厚等因素,制约着中专校园文化建设的纵深发展。最后,本论文提出加强中专校园文化建设应从以下途径入手:以中专德育目标为纲领建设校园文化,中专校园文化理念须具有职业性和时效性,在中专校园文化活动中融入丰富性和创造性,注重校园文化建设中的人文因素和自然因素;以企业文化为根基、以就业为导航目标的整合;进一步深化中专校园文化建设中的理论研究。
[Abstract]:From an objective point of view, the campus culture was created and formed by all the faculty and staff in the long process of running a school. And by all staff recognized by the concept of campus culture and the cultural environment needed to cultivate this concept sum. In essence, campus culture is a series of influences of social culture on campus from a political, moral and psychological point of view. In essence, campus culture is the core component of social culture and the extension of social culture in campus culture. Elegant campus culture can often cultivate students to form good sentiment, promote their comprehensive quality in an all-round way, and also have a strong impact on the social and cultural environment. From the school point of view, the construction of elegant and harmonious campus culture can not only form a unique school characteristics, but also further improve the quality of teaching. In recent years, with the development of education in our country, the construction of campus culture plays a more and more important role in school education. In today's education reform, social development demands more and more talents, and the space for the development of secondary schools is shrinking. In this case, the secondary school should build a warm and harmonious, democratic and elegant campus culture, in order to adapt to the development trend of secondary vocational education and obtain a greater living space. In this paper, the connotation of secondary school campus culture is clearly defined, and the ideal state of campus culture construction in technical secondary school should be as follows: strong educational effect and pleasure effect, openness and cohesion. It has obvious compatibility with times and innovation. On this basis, this paper reveals the following problems in the construction of campus culture in technical secondary schools: the serious shortage of investment, the lack of necessary characteristics of secondary vocational education in the construction of campus culture, the single method of constructing campus cultural activities, and the lack of construction of humanistic situation on campus. Since then, the paper has carried on the thorough analysis to the causes of the above problems, that is, the idea is outdated and backward, the main force of constructing the campus culture is not comprehensive enough, the bad effect of the market economy system. The theory of constructing the secondary school campus culture is not deep enough, which restricts the deep development of the secondary school campus culture construction. Finally, this paper puts forward the following ways to strengthen the construction of campus culture in technical secondary school: to construct campus culture with the goal of moral education in technical secondary school, the concept of campus culture in technical secondary school should be professional and timely. Integrating richness and creativity into campus cultural activities in technical secondary schools, paying attention to the humanistic and natural factors in the construction of campus culture, integrating the enterprise culture as the foundation, and taking employment as the guiding goal; Further deepen the theoretical research in the construction of secondary school campus culture.
