高职学生考试作弊问题的分析与对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着高职教育的快速发展,在学生人数、受教育程度和纪律观念控制降低,特别是高职教育的师资等教学软硬件的配套严重不足,给高职学生考试作弊问题的有效预防和控制造成了较大的障碍。于此,笔者基于对我国高职学生考试作弊现象的分析和梳理,以利弊得失为本质原因、心理决策为直接原因以及行为评价为间接原因为思路,分别运用成本效益、教育心理及行为评价的相关理论从宏观和微观、理论和实证多个方面对高职学生考试作弊成因进行定性分析和定量分析,并建立行为模型,预测和论证了成就目标定向、学习自我效能感以及性别、年级等因素对高职学生考试作弊行为策略的差异化影响。 本文的正文部分共计4章,主要内容如下: 第一章绪论。本章首先重点介绍了高职学生考试作弊现象课题提出的相关历史、现实背景,分析了本课题研究所具有理论意义和实践价值。其次,对国内外相关问题的研究文献进行了搜索、筛选和分析,评点了现有研究成果的特点和不足。再次,针对现有研究的不足,梳理、分析了国外学生考试作弊行为策略模的面具有代表性的研究理论。最后,找准正文研究工作的定位,厘定研究思路,拟设研究目标。 第二章高职学生考试作弊的现状及特点。本章从高职学生的文化程度、教育教学特点、考试结果评价等方面对高职学生考试作弊的现状和特点进行了重点分析和厘定 第三章高职学生考试作弊现象的成因分析。本章是本文的重点章节,分别从微宏观、理论和实证的角度,运用教育心理学及相关的学科知识对高职辍学生考试作弊成因形成过程进行了全面的分析。其中,引入囚犯悖论、博弈理论和成本效益理论并建立相关模型,分别对学生与学生之间、学生与监考老师之间进行了博弈分析,初步得出学生考试作弊策略的本质原因;翻译并引入成就目标定向、自我效能感以及性别、年级因素和量表对学生考试作弊的心理成因进行了差异化分析;而对作弊行为评价机制的分析则主要界定了行为的法律关系定性及作弊行为的入罪必要性和可行性。 第四章高职学生考试作弊问题的对策分析。针对第三章的研究结论,结合高职学生作弊体验量表,分别从考试管理制度的规范、严格,学生心理成长及学习目标定向的引导,考试法律规则和纪律规则的建立健全等三个方面,提出了在管控和防治的同时最大程度上保护当事学生权利的具体建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, the number of students, the degree of education and the control of discipline have been reduced, especially the shortage of teaching hardware and software, such as teachers in higher vocational education. It has caused great obstacle to the effective prevention and control of cheating in examination of higher vocational students. In this paper, based on the analysis and combing of the phenomenon of cheating in the examination of higher vocational students in our country, taking the advantages and disadvantages as the essential reason, the psychological decision as the direct reason and the behavior evaluation as the indirect reason, the author applies the cost benefit, respectively. The relevant theories of educational psychology and behavior evaluation make qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the causes of cheating in higher vocational college from macro and micro, theoretical and empirical aspects, and establish a behavioral model to predict and demonstrate the orientation of achievement goals. The influence of learning self-efficacy, gender and grade on the cheating strategies of higher vocational college students. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is introduction. This chapter firstly introduces the history and realistic background of the problem of cheating in examinations of vocational college students, and analyzes the theoretical significance and practical value of the research. Secondly, we search, screen and analyze the research literature on related issues at home and abroad, and point out the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing research results. Thirdly, in view of the deficiency of the existing research, this paper analyzes the representative research theory of the mask of cheating behavior model of foreign students. Finally, find out the position of the text research, determine the research ideas, and set up the research objectives. Chapter two: the present situation and characteristics of cheating in higher vocational examination. This chapter from the higher vocational students' education level, education and teaching characteristics, This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of cheating in the examination of higher vocational college students from the aspects of evaluation of examination results and determines the causes of cheating in the third chapter. This chapter is the key chapter of this paper, respectively from the micro macro, theoretical and empirical perspective, using educational psychology and related discipline knowledge to the higher vocational school dropout exam cheating formation process of a comprehensive analysis. Among them, introducing prisoner paradox, game theory and cost-benefit theory and establishing relevant models, respectively, the game analysis between students and invigilators is carried out, and the essential reasons of students' cheating in examination are preliminarily obtained. Translation and introduction of achievement goal orientation, self-efficacy, gender, grade factors and scale to analyze the psychological causes of students' cheating in exams; The analysis of the evaluation mechanism of cheating mainly defines the legal relationship of behavior and the necessity and feasibility of decriminalization. The fourth chapter analyzes the countermeasures of cheating in the examination of higher vocational students. In view of the conclusion of the third chapter, combining with the cheating experience scale of higher vocational students, the paper respectively from the standard of examination management system, strict, the guidance of students' psychological growth and learning goal orientation, This paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to protect the rights of the students concerned at the same time of control and prevention in three aspects: the establishment and perfection of the examination rules and the rules of discipline.
