高职院校二级单位绩效考核体系构建

【摘要】：实施二级管理是高职院校内涵提升的必由之路,建立科学的绩效考核体系成为当前高职院校探索的重点与难点。文章结合高职院校二级单位绩效考核的现状,详细地探讨了教育部《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》视域下高职院校二级单位绩效考核的可行性,提出建立与教育部《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》一脉相承的绩效评价体系,从建立绩效考核专家团、确定绩效考核方案、建立绩效考核的制度、组织及物资保障机制、发挥绩效考核结果作用等方面确保高职院校二级单位绩效考核工作有效实施。
[Abstract]:The implementation of secondary management is the only way to enhance the connotation of higher vocational colleges, and the establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system has become the focus and difficulty of the current exploration of higher vocational colleges. Combined with the current situation of the performance appraisal of the secondary units in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses in detail the feasibility of the performance appraisal of the secondary units in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the Ministry of Education's "Evaluation Plan for Talent cultivation in higher Vocational Colleges". This paper puts forward the establishment of a performance evaluation system, which is in line with the Ministry of Education's "personnel training Evaluation Program of higher Vocational Colleges", from the establishment of performance appraisal expert group, the determination of performance appraisal scheme, and the establishment of performance appraisal system. Organization and material support mechanism, performance evaluation results and other aspects to ensure the effective implementation of secondary units in higher vocational colleges.
