基于现代学徒制的药学专业零售药店方向人才培养模式构建

【摘要】：目的:构建基于现代学徒制的药学专业零售药店方向人才培养模式,提高高职高专药学专业教学质量。方法:依据人才培养方案所涉及的基本内容,从人才培养目标定位、招生招工方式、教学方案制订、课程体系开发、教学过程安排、学制和证书获取等方面进行探讨,分析药学专业零售药店方向实施现代学徒制的可行性。结果:药学专业人才应掌握必要的医药学理论、相关法律法规和药店经营与管理基本流程的相关知识;培养的对象可以是企业招聘的员工,也可以是注册入学的高中生或二次筛选的在校生;在培养中应突出药店内的实践技能培训,由校企双方协商制订教学方案,组成课程开发委员会,确定零售药店各岗位必需具备的知识和能力水平,形成课程;在教学实施中可采用双主体育人、双导师教学,以工学交替的形式开展;学生可实行弹性学制。结论:构建基于现代学徒制的药学专业零售药店方向人才培养模式,可以提高高职高专药学专业教学质量。但在构建课程体系时,应考虑到学生的可持续发展性,谨慎地根据零售药店方向人才需求的特点,设置有针对性的相关课程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct the training model of pharmaceutical specialty retail drugstore based on modern apprenticeship system, and to improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical specialty. Methods: according to the basic contents of the talent training plan, this paper discussed the orientation of the talent training goal, the way of recruiting and recruiting, the formulation of the teaching scheme, the development of the curriculum system, the arrangement of the teaching process, the education system and the obtaining of the certificate. To analyze the feasibility of implementing modern apprenticeship system in pharmaceutical specialty retail pharmacies. Results: pharmaceutical professionals should master the necessary knowledge of medical theory, relevant laws and regulations, and the basic process of pharmacy management and management. It can also be a registered high school student or a secondary screened student. In the training, the training of practical skills in pharmacies should be highlighted, and a teaching plan should be worked out through consultation between the school and the enterprise, and a curriculum development committee should be formed. Determine the level of knowledge and ability that every post of retail pharmacy must possess, form curriculum; in the teaching implementation can adopt double subject education, double tutor teaching, carry out in the form of alternating work and study; students can carry out flexible study system. Conclusion: it is possible to improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical specialty in higher vocational colleges by constructing the talent training model of pharmaceutical specialty retail drugstore based on modern apprenticeship system. However, in constructing the curriculum system, we should consider the sustainable development of students and carefully set up relevant courses according to the characteristics of talent demand in the direction of retail pharmacies.
