职业教育的现代学徒制第三方评价机制研究

【摘要】:目前我国现代学徒制的实施处于试点阶段,基于现代学徒制的第三方评价也处于试验期。文章分析了现代学徒制与第三方评价的内涵及意义,分析了国内外高职教育质量第三方评价的现状及存在的问题,进一步明确了职业教育第三方评价的构建原则,构建了高职教育人才培养质量第三方评价的机制,其中包括评价主体的确立、评价指标体系的构建、制定第三方评价的保障机制、确立第三方评价方案、设计第三方评价的流程及方法等,对第三方评价的结果进行反馈与应用。在现代学徒制试点过程中,改革以往学校自主考评的评价模式,将学生自我评价、教师评价、师傅评价、企业评价、社会评价相结合,积极构建第三方评价机制,由行业、企业和职业技能鉴定中心对学生岗位技能进行达标考核。
[Abstract]:At present, the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in China is in the pilot stage, and the third party evaluation based on modern apprenticeship system is also in the experimental period. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of the modern apprenticeship system and the third-party evaluation, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the third-party evaluation of the quality of higher vocational education at home and abroad, and further clarifies the construction principles of the third-party evaluation of vocational education. The third party evaluation mechanism of talent training quality in higher vocational education is constructed, which includes the establishment of evaluation subject, the construction of evaluation index system, the establishment of safeguard mechanism of third party evaluation, and the establishment of third party evaluation scheme. Design the third-party evaluation process and methods, feedback and application of the third-party evaluation results. In the pilot process of modern apprenticeship system, reform the former evaluation mode of independent evaluation of schools, combine student self-evaluation, teacher evaluation, master evaluation, enterprise evaluation, social evaluation, and actively build a third-party evaluation mechanism, by the industry, the evaluation of teachers, the evaluation of enterprises, and the evaluation of society. Enterprises and vocational skills appraisal center to the student post skill to carry on the standard examination.
