高职院校与企业合作培养人才的长效机制研究
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education plays an important role in China's higher education system. Its purpose is to cultivate high-skilled talents adapting to the development of economy and society. The responsibility attribute of higher vocational education determines that higher vocational education must take the road of school-enterprise cooperation if it wants to change and develop, establish talent cultivation mechanism with enterprises, formulate training plan and cultivate them together. The soul of the so-called school-enterprise cooperation lies in the independent communication and consultation between enterprises and the main bodies of colleges and universities, mutual benefit and win-win, complementary advantages. College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education has attracted more and more attention from higher vocational colleges, enterprises and even the state. Scholars'research on school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education has also penetrated into various fields. At present, how to establish an effective long-term mechanism to adapt to the development of higher vocational colleges is a key issue for researchers to study. It is not easy to establish a feasible long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation for the development of Higher Vocational education. Both the government, enterprises and higher vocational colleges are facing many difficulties. The framework establishes a scientific and feasible long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation. Firstly, based on data analysis, the existing problems of school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Education in China are enumerated *, and then, by using the prisoner's Dilemma and intelligent pig game, a comprehensive analysis is made of the reasons for the problems existing in the school enterprise cooperation of Higher Vocational Education in China. Finally, based on the cooperative game theory, the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education is put forward. As the overall framework of the long-term mechanism, it constructs the realization path of the long-term mechanism from six dimensions: benefit distribution, motivation, incentive, reputation, communication and coordination, supervision and evaluation, which can provide reference for strengthening cooperation and sustainable development between schools and enterprises. The second chapter is the theoretical basis and related concepts. This part starts with the concepts of Higher Vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Education and long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational education. This paper introduces the three theoretical foundations of this paper: Foster's vocational education theory, the school-enterprise cooperation theory from the perspective of educational sociology and labor technology education, and the game theory running through the full text. This part summarizes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Education in China, and extracts the problems and shortcomings. The paper points out that there are a series of problems in the school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational education, such as shallow cooperation depth, low interest fit, poor cooperation quality, less cooperation platform and so on. * the prisoner's Dilemma and intelligent pig game are introduced, and some problems in the current situation are explained by using related theories. The reasons why enterprises are not active are explained. The fifth chapter is based on cooperative game to build a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation. After a brief introduction, this paper argues that reciprocal cooperation and complementary cooperation are equally important. The former is the basic strategy for Pareto improvement of all parties involved in the cooperation, and the latter is the necessary condition for Pareto to achieve the optimum. Based on the overall framework of school-enterprise cooperation in cooperative game, this paper designs a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation based on game theory from six dimensions: profit distribution mechanism, dynamic mechanism, reputation mechanism, incentive mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism. Taking Dalian Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper discusses the necessity of establishing a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational education.
