以绩效问责为导向的职业教育现代化治理探析

【摘要】：绩效问责是追究公共责任的一种方式,可作为提升职业教育运行效率的重要手段运用于职业教育现代化治理。由此,以绩效问责为主线,通过对其融入职业教育现代化治理的价值意蕴进行分析,结合绩效问责导向职业教育现代化治理的形成机理与现实阻碍,探讨了以绩效问责为导向的职业教育现代化治理的路径。
[Abstract]:Performance accountability is a way to investigate public responsibility, which can be used as an important means to improve the operational efficiency of vocational education in the modern governance of vocational education. Therefore, by analyzing the value implication of its integration into the modern governance of vocational education, taking performance accountability as the main line, combining with the formation mechanism and practical obstacles of the modern governance of vocational education guided by performance accountability, This paper probes into the path of modern management of vocational education guided by performance accountability.
