SVCCI学生课程满意度测评研究及提升策略

【摘要】:随着社会经济的高速发展,高等职业教育也实现了跨越式的发展,但是高等职业教育的社会认可度却在逐年降低。由于扩招所引起的高职教育质量下降问题,培养的学生与社会生产发展的人才需求不匹配问题,生源市场竞争激烈等问题都使得高职院校的发展面临着巨大的挑战。提高教育质量,培养与社会需求相匹配的专业技能人才,是高职院校以及社会各界共同关注的问题。解决上述问题的关键在于密切结合社会生产人才的直接需求,改革高职课程结构,提高课程质量,将学和用真正地结合起来。研究学生的课程满意度对提高教育质量,满足社会需具有重要意义。本研究在参考国内外关于学生满意度调查研究的基础上,利用顾客满意度理论,结合高职教育的特点,设计了SVCCI高职学生课程满意度调查量表,并利用SPSS23.0对调查研究数据进行统计和分析。同时,计算了SVCCI高职学生课程满意度各因素层面的满意度指数,分析了性别、年级、生源地等个人变量对学生课程满意度的影响,经过分析研究得出以下结论:(1)SVCCI高职学生课程满意度在整体上处于比较满意到非常满意区间的学生占到了调查学生人数的56.4%;有61.3%的学生愿意推荐其他人到学校学习。(2)在对论文中涉及的课程满意度各测评中,六个因素层面的标准化回归系数分别为:课程体系(0.193)、课程管理(0.262)、课程资源(0.123)、教师教学(0.182)、学习认知(0.197)、学习环境(0.178),说明六个层面对课程满意度的影响都具有显著性,且是正向的,其中课程管理与学习认知对学生课程满意度的影响较大。(3)学生的性别、性格特征、生源地在整体课程满意度的评价不具有显著性影响。而年级、专业类别、学生类别、上课态度、课后投入时间在整体课程满意度的评价上有显著性的影响。(4)通过线性回归对假设模型进行验证发现,学生课程满意度对学生的情感忠诚度的影响是正向的,且标准化回归系数值达到了0.371,说明学生课程满意度对学生的情感忠诚度的影响较大。建议高职院校应该从改革课程体系、强化课程管理、完善课程资源、加强学风建设等方面来提高学生课程满意度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, higher vocational education has also realized the development by leaps and bounds, but the social recognition of higher vocational education is decreasing year by year. Due to the decline of the quality of higher vocational education caused by the expansion of enrollment, the problem of the mismatch between the trained students and the demand for talents in the development of social production, and the fierce competition in the market of students, the development of higher vocational colleges is faced with enormous challenges. It is a common concern of higher vocational colleges and all walks of life to improve the quality of education and to train professional and skilled personnel in line with the needs of the society. The key to solve the above problems lies in closely combining the direct demand of social productive personnel, reforming the structure of higher vocational courses, improving the quality of courses, combining learning with real. It is of great significance to study the students' satisfaction degree to improve the quality of education and meet the needs of the society. Based on the investigation of student satisfaction at home and abroad and the theory of customer satisfaction and the characteristics of higher vocational education, this study designed the scale of curriculum satisfaction of SVCCI higher vocational students. And use SPSS23.0 to carry on the statistics and analysis to the investigation and research data. At the same time, the author calculates the satisfaction index of SVCCI higher vocational students' curriculum satisfaction, and analyzes the influence of gender, grade, student origin and other personal variables on the students' curriculum satisfaction. The conclusions are as follows: (1) 56.4% of the total number of students surveyed are satisfied with the SVCCI higher vocational students' curriculum satisfaction, and 61.3% of the students are willing to recommend others to study in school. (2) in the evaluation of curriculum satisfaction, The standardized regression coefficients of six factors are: curriculum system (0.193), curriculum management (0.262), curriculum resources (0.123), teacher teaching (0.182), learning cognition (0.197), learning environment (0.178). Among them, curriculum management and learning cognition have great influence on students' curriculum satisfaction. (3) students' gender, personality and students' origin have no significant influence on the evaluation of overall curriculum satisfaction. However, grade, major category, student category, attitude to class and time spent after class have significant effects on the evaluation of overall curriculum satisfaction. (4) the hypothesis model is verified by linear regression. The effect of curriculum satisfaction on students' emotional loyalty is positive, and the standardized regression coefficient is 0.371, which indicates that the influence of student curriculum satisfaction on students' emotional loyalty is greater. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should improve the students' satisfaction from the aspects of reforming the curriculum system, strengthening the curriculum management, perfecting the curriculum resources and strengthening the construction of the style of study.
