基于核心技能的中职“数字媒体技术应用专业”课程体系构建研究

【摘要】:课程改革是当前中等职业教育关注的重要话题,是进一步深化中等职业学校教育和教学改革的关键。但目前我国中等职业课程设置中存在的问题颇多,没有落实“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以能力为本位”的办学方针。本论文就数字媒体技术应用专业的课程体系问题进行了深入的研究:组织有关专家和教师进行深入的调研,广泛听取了行业和企业技术专家的意见和建议,对该专业对应的职业岗位、工作任务及岗位技能进行详尽的分析研究,提炼出该专业的专业核心技能。以核心技能培养为专业课程改革主旨、以核心课程开发为专业课程建设主体、以教学项目设计为专业教学改革重点,按照“公共课程+核心课程+教学项目”的思路,期望构建一个比较科学、合理的数字媒体技术应用专业的课程体系。 论文主要涉及以下几个方面: 第一部分绪言,阐明了本研究的背景、意义、研究的思路与方法。特别强调了当前中职教育人才培养没有满足社会需要,专业建设没有考虑企业要求,课程设置没有对接岗位技能等问题。 第二部分为文献综述,对核心技能的相关研究进行了梳理。对职业教育课程的三种体系(三段式课程体系、工作导向课程体系和核心技能课程体系)及演变进行了简要述评。 第三部分讨论了核心技能的理论和价值。界定了“核心技能”和“专业核心技能”;探讨了两者的关系,及其在人才培养中的价值;详细描述了数字媒体技术应用专业核心技能提取的方法与过程。 第四部分着手构建基于核心技能的数字媒体技术应用专业的课程体系。在分析数字媒体技术应用专业核心课程与专业核心技能的基础上,形成由公共课程、核心课程、项目课程、选修课程四大块构成的数字媒体技术应用专业的课程方案,并分析了其构成的合理性。 第五部分是关于基于核心技能的数字媒体技术应用专业课程方案顺利实施的保障问题,论文从师资队伍建设、实训设备和基地建设、专业教材建设、课程资源建设等方面提出了积极有效的措施和建议。
[Abstract]:Curriculum reform is an important topic of current secondary vocational education and the key to further deepening secondary vocational school education and teaching reform. However, there are many problems in the setting of secondary vocational curriculum in our country at present, and the policy of "serving as the aim, employment as the guide and ability as the standard" has not been carried out. This paper has carried on the thorough research to the digital media technology application specialty curriculum system question: organizes the related expert and the teacher to carry on the thorough investigation, has listened widely to the profession and the enterprise technical expert's opinion and the suggestion, The corresponding professional positions, job tasks and post skills are analyzed and studied in detail, and the core skills of the major are refined. Taking the cultivation of core skills as the main purpose of professional curriculum reform, taking the development of core curriculum as the main body of professional curriculum construction, and taking teaching project design as the focal point of professional teaching reform, according to the idea of "the core curriculum teaching project of public curriculum", Expect to build a more scientific, reasonable digital media technology application professional curriculum system. This paper mainly involves the following aspects: the first part is the introduction, which clarifies the background, significance, ideas and methods of this study. Special emphasis is placed on the problems of current secondary vocational education talent training not meeting the needs of the society, professional construction not considering the requirements of the enterprise, and the curriculum setting without docking post skills and so on. The second part is literature review, combing the related research of core skills. In this paper, three systems of vocational education curriculum (three-stage curriculum system, work-oriented curriculum system and core skill curriculum system) and their evolution are briefly reviewed. The third part discusses the theory and value of core skills. This paper defines "core skills" and "professional core skills", probes into the relationship between them and their value in the cultivation of talents, and describes in detail the methods and processes of extracting the core skills of digital media technology application specialty. The fourth part starts to construct the curriculum system of digital media technology application based on core skills. On the basis of analyzing the core curriculum and professional core skills of the major of digital media technology application, this paper forms a curriculum scheme of digital media technology application specialty, which consists of four parts: public curriculum, core curriculum, project curriculum and elective course. The rationality of its constitution is analyzed. The fifth part is about the guarantee of the successful implementation of the digital media technology application course program based on the core skills. The thesis includes the construction of the teaching staff, the construction of practical training equipment and base, the construction of specialized teaching materials. This paper puts forward positive and effective measures and suggestions on the construction of curriculum resources.
