高职院校实践教学的一种新模式——校内实习公司

【摘要】：通过创立具有市场环境、企业文化氛围和真实性生产流程的校内实习公司,将企业元素引入校园,形成了兼具企业生产经营属性和学校教育属性的实践教学平台。这种有别于校外实习基地和校内模拟实训的实践教学新通道,便于采取工学交替的形式,培养"学术性与职业性相统一"的技术技能型人才,实践中取得了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:Through the establishment of the intern company with market environment, enterprise culture atmosphere and authentic production process, the enterprise elements are introduced into the campus to form a practical teaching platform with the attributes of enterprise production and management and school education. This new channel of practice teaching, which is different from the outside practice base and the simulated practice training in the school, is convenient to take the form of alternating work and study, and to train the technical and technical talents with "the unity of academic and professional nature", which has achieved very good results in practice.
